The location was great and the property was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. One draw back was there was no A/c or vents so air circulation was poor and the lower level bedroom were damp. Would benefit from screens on the windows to allow for the windows to be opened without bugs coming in. All in all it was nice property in a great location.

A beautiful home with lots of space and amenities....and just an amazing view for your morning coffee! It is a short 15 minute walk to town full of views.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Not too far from town. It was very clean and had modern furnishings. Would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Sao Miguel en famille. La maison de Gary et Flavia est idéale. Excellente prestation et communication avec les hôtes . Maison très bien équipée, literie confortable, salles de bain et cuisine fonctionnelles. Le balcon avec la vue sur les fumerolles et les montagnes est un formidable endroit pour le petit dejeuner au soleil ou l'apéritif. Nous nous sommes véritablement ressourcés. La maison est située dans un petit hameau authentique, en dehors des sentiers touristiques. C'est très calme. Nous avons trouvé Furnas et les alentours magnifiques, pour les promenades, les footings, les bains chauds dans les sources chaudes. Merci Gary et Flavia ! We had a wonderful stay in Sao Miguel with our family. Gary and Flavia's house is ideal. Excellent service ans communication. Very well equipped house, comfortable bedding, functional bathrooms and kitchen. The balcony with the view of the fumaroles and the mountains is a great place for breakfast in the sun or an aperitif. We have truly rejuvenated ourselves. The house is situated in a small authentic hamlet, off the tourist trails. It is very quiet. We found Furnas and the surroundings beautiful, for walks, runnings, hot baths in the hot springs. Thank you Gary and Flavia!
