We booked several days in advance; but just hours before our check-in, we learned that the room we payed for was unavailable and that the all the rooms were already fully booked. The staff wanted us to cancel our reservation (we can't because of the no refund policy). The hotel staff ended up having to relocate us to a different hotel. It was a terrible experience.
