About this house rental

Situated in Yosemite Park Way, this lovely house for $931 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Aerial Ascent is a spacious 2800 square feet, three-bedroom, two-bath, sleeps 10 comfortably, new-construction home located inside Yosemite Park, in an area called Yosemite West. Enjoy modern amenities (Central Heat and Air Conditioning, Starlink high-speed WiFi, Satellite TV, Tesla EV charger) and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes on both levels, all while being centrally located to the Valley, Badger Pass/Glacier Point, and Sequoia Grove. Flat parking for three cars side-by-side in all seasons! Prepare festive meals in the fully equipped and large kitchen that includes a Wolf six-burner stove, and then dine at the table that seats 10 or at the kitchen peninsula with plentiful stool seating. The house has two decks for eating and relaxing outdoors, a gas grill (Propane provided), and a gas fireplace in the open-space living room. A den offers satellite TV and a Blu-Ray player with movies to choose from. View stunning sunsets and spend the evening in the game room, complete with satellite TV, arcade games, a gaming table (cards, poker chips, and board games provided), and a pool table! Sleeps 10: • Master suite is on the main level, has 1 king bed and a bathroom with double sinks and a spacious stall shower • Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed • The third bedroom has one set of bunk beds (2 twins) and 1 queen bed • Den has 1 king-sized highly-rated sleep sofa • Game room has 1 comfortable futon that fits queen-sized bedding • The downstairs bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Amenities • Bedrooms: 3 • People allowed: 10 • Bathrooms: 2 • Flat Parking for 3 cars year-round! • Tesla level 2 EV car charging station (The EV charger has a Tesla connector so cars with non-Tesla charging ports will need an adaptor) • Solar-powered green home with battery and grid backup • Central heating and air conditioning • Long-distance landline phone service • Laundry facilities with soap provided • Mudroom and entry area • Gas fireplace • Propane BBQ • Satellite TV & Blu-Ray player (with a movie selection) • Game room with pool table, arcade, satellite TV, and game table! • NO PETS NO SMOKING! Guest access Thank you for your reservation! Our check-in time is anytime after 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. When you arrive, there will be a keypad on the door, the combination for your stay is the last 4 digits of your phone number. To use, enter your code, you can then turn the deadbolt and enter. Please read the welcome sheet on the kitchen table for information on the home and what to do in the surrounding area. If you have any questions during your stay you may call us. Other things to note We provide you with dishware, cookware, silverware, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. Condiments provided are hot chocolate, Folgers coffee and filters, sugar packets, cream packets, Lipton tea, and salt & pepper. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels for our Yosemite West properties. All our properties come equipped with propane BBQs, and we provide the propane.

Super clean, amazing views, great kitchen, fun game room with a really nice pool table, comfy beds, a sound system, fireplace. Really all the boxes were checked and if anything it was BETTER than it looked in the photos.

For the amount of money we paid, and the quality of the house we were renting, I expected, upon entry, to find a thoroughly and impeccably clean house. Unfortunately, that was not the case. All of the linens were not put out for all the beds available. The bedding packet/bag for the couch pull out had obvious hairs on the pillow case. When we pulled the couch out, the cover that goes with the couch had hair and lint on it. Clearly they don’t wash this regularly with the bedding? And there was a toilet paper roll randomly on the mattress in the couch? So no one pulled it out and checked for that? I found a piece of popcorn and colorful cereal (neither of which we brought with us- so clearly left from other guests)under the couch in the main room. I realize one piece of popcorn isn’t a disaster, but it just shows they are not moving furniture and thoroughly cleaning the rooms each time. The last thing I noticed was the baseboards in the bathrooms… really dusty and would be easy to wiped down each time bathrooms are cleaned. Like I said, for the level of unit, these were all disappointing moments to find these deficiencies. I would like to request compensation, the cleaning fee price would be nice? Despite all of this, we did enjoy the house with all of its nice features. Of course the window and view is spectacular, they just need to “up the cleaning game” to match the level of how nice the house is.

The house was amazing! Sunset view the first two nights, and snowy mountains the last. Beds were all comfortable, kitchen was massive and great for cooking for a group, and the kids never wanted to leave the playroom. Wonderful property, would definitely stay again. Thanks for opening up your home to us!
