Very nice, remodeled house with plenty of space. Great for a weekend stay for a family of 4. A few minor issues with the thermostat (the back bedroom was very cold and the thermostat rolled over at night). But, they were not major.
Easy check and good communication. Walkable to coffee, stores and restaurants. Overall a great experience.

I as the renter did not see the property accept on line. My family says it was very nice and clean.

Nice roomy property. You are just 10 minutes away from Costco, the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Ideal location.

This house was great!! It was clean and nicely put together. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and two other rooms with queen beds as well. One of the rooms has a single bed. One of the rooms has access to the common bathroom which is really nice. We were very happy with our stay here and it will be our go-to house when we stay in Eureka. It's in a great neighborhood that is within walking distance of Rite Aid, bakeries, and a small bar. Once our house was cleaned they let us know so we could check in early. It's a spacious house and it has a little backyard with outdoor dining or lounging. It's not too far from the bay and downtown.

This was a great property for our group of 9 with kids. The house was very cozy and wonderful to hang out together at the end of the day. The landscaping around the house made sitting on the patio while grilling a treat. We would stay here again. Property management was quick to respond when we had questions.

We were all very pleased upon entering, and felt relaxed and at home while there. Quiet neighborhood, too!

Great place to base for Redwoods. Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and kitchen fairly well equipped.

We stayed for a long weekend, the house was as described online and had everything you could need--including a rice maker and coffee grinder. We appreciated the back deck as a quiet retreat to enjoy morning coffee and the open flow between the kitchen, living room and dining room. If you want a place to stay near downtown on a quieter street, this is a great option.

This was a lovely clean home that we found close to everything we needed. The house has a lot of untesils and basic spices which was great for us cooking in a fully stocked kitchen. All the 4 bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Only drawback was two of the bedrooms have skylights which make for an early morning at this time of year. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of room for big family with great layout. Good sized fenced yard where toddlers and teens could play cornhole and throw the football. Had every amenity we needed and almost every you wanted. Had a great stay and will look forward to staying here again!

Very nice home with interesting design inside. Everything was just as listed. Communication and check in process easy. Clean and most beds very comfortable. One of the beds in the smaller bedrooms was very firm, perhaps a matress topper might help? Overall a great deal and location. We'd recommend and stay here again.

This house was spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and serious cooking was possible. The location is not far from a lovely park and fairly close to the old town. Our family really enjoyed staying here.

House was nice and yard was well landscaped. Good location. A couple of minor quibbles. There was no laundry detergent, nor was there any dishwashing detergent. So - not easy to use either without buying a huge package at the store. Also the master shower is quite nice, but there is no shelf (or stand), so anything you use in the shower has to be put down on the floor.

We were snowed out of a Christmas visit to our daughter in Eureka, so we came for June Christmas.
The house is comfortable for a family of four adults and two kids, with room for more. The kitchen was well equipped, the fenced backyard was quiet, and good space for a three and a five year old. A variety of stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and the neighborhood is pleasant for the walk.

This home is beautiful and well laid out. We cooked several meals and the only thing lacking was forks… need a few more… the only drawbacks were the mirror in the front bathroom is for people over 6’ tall. Also the blinds are all white and two of the bedrooms have skylights over the beds. So if you want to sleep in bring a night mask!

I had to travel for work and decided to bring the family. Including my spouse, young kids and grandparents (6 people total). This was a great house with plenty of space to spread out, the comfiest couches and all the amenities you need to feel normal away from
home. The staff were so great about proactively checking in and solving any small issues or questions we had. We had a great stay!

We had three 30-somethings, two 70+ adults, and two kids under 10 in our party. One of the big draws for us was that the home is single story and the only steps were one or two on the front porch. This was important because two members of our group have mobility issues and we needed to make sure we'd all be comfortable and safe.
Check in was a breeze and all the instructions were thorough and clear.
At one point during our stay, we discovered that the lights in one of the bedrooms were not working. I was able to reach a property manager quickly and a technician came out that same day. He was unable to address the issue during our stay, but he and the property manager were very friendly and apologetic about it.
The beds were comfortable, the living room was huge and the kitchen was well-appointed. The neighborhood is super chill and the house is on a particularly quiet street. It was nice to have the alarm system, but honestly I felt completely safe regardless.
My one complaint is that the shower in the master bathroom had no shelving for toiletries, so you had to put your soap, shampoo, etc, on the floor. It was super weird and annoying in an otherwise lovely shower!
A great option for a big family or group of friends traveling to Eureka. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros. Very clean and full of supplies we would need. Quiet neighborhood and good location making it easy to get around. Kitchen stocked fairly well. Con. No tv in master bedroom, in the master bedroom the sky lights and flood lights shinning in from the garage made the bedroom very bright and difficult to sleep. We had a bright bedroom all night. Frustrating. The online listing showed water so we assumed the house is located by water, need some larger bowls for eating in the kitchen, these are very tiny. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:
1. Reasonably good speed internet service, though the latency is a bit high for a few times each day.
2. Very clean bathrooms/toilets/sheets/carpets.
3. Very nice and eclectic collection of books, games, DVDs.
4. Good appliances (washer/dryer/refrigerator/gas-stove). The dish-washer's performance was sub-par.
5. Centrally located with easy access to all parts of the town.
6. Very nice windows and window-shades. Bright home with numerous skylights.
Cons:
None really. Disarming the security system was a bit convoluted (in terms of the instructions).
