Hidden Beach Villas 228, a spectacular 2nd floor unit is furnished with a wall bed, queen sleeper and built-in bunks. It is professionally decorated, features an updated kitchen, complete with a large TV, and of course, Wi-Fi. It sleeps up to 6 people and is just across 30A from the beach. Beach Access: From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access. Distance: .1 miles | Time: 3 minutes walking Hidden Beach Villas: Hidden Beach Villas is a lovely beach condominium located steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool. Or cook a special meal on one of the community grills. For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex. * No elevator * Parking for 1 car. * Sorry, no pets allowed. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The place was great. The customer service I received regarding the early check in was terrible. I was offered and paid $80 for a 1:00 pm early check in ($65 plus tax). I waited for 1.5 hrs and never received communication with the new code for early access. I called in and was told I could have accessed 1.5 hours ago but the text code was never received. They were 100% unwilling to work with me on a full or partial credit for the $80 that I had paid for an early check in, even thought I spent 1.5 hrs waiting, checking the code they had sent to try and access the unit, and stressing out.

Watch out! They charged us 500$ claiming that we smoked in the unit. There were only 2 adults in t unit and we do not smoke. Never have! This is a scam!

This is what I would call a micro-condo , that wasJust what we needed for a quick 4 night stay over spring break.The location is perfect for Seagrove - and close to beach.It was just what we needed at an affordable price. Such a cute place.

Love this condo. Lots of space and a good variety of seating and sleeping options. Fun art on the walls that give a great vacation feel. Very clean and bright with lots of cabinets and hooks for all the beach/pool stuff. Easy walk to the beach.

The unit is in DESPARATE need of replacement furniture and bathroom update, worn with large holes on chairs, sofa in similar condition with original sleeper mattress. Murphy bed was surprisingly ok. Maintenance guy knocked on our door at 7 am and then proceeded to unlock the door and come in. I ran to the door to stop entry from the bed. That was not professional and startled me significantly as we had not requested anything. He wanted to take photos I sent him away and ask that he return after we checked out that day. I would stay in Hidden Villas but not this unit until it's has necessary repairs.

This rental is nicely decorated and very clean. It is perfect for a short term rental and getaway. The only suggestion would be that the mattresses weren't that comfortable. It is a great place and right across from beach access.

Location was perfect and the landscape was very nice as well. Our room was not clean. The bed had huge blood stains at the end of it so we found blankets and slept under them instead of turning down the bed. There were mouse/rat turds on the ledge of the window which I took pictures of. The table between the two sitting chairs was dirty. Our last day there we witnessed someone trying to bust into one of the units as we pulled into our parking area so we quickly turned around and left to make sure he didnt see us. Didnt feel safe after that.

This condo was fine for a long weekend for the 4 of us, myself, grown daughter and granddaughter (13) and friend(13) as it is really just one big room. It’s us Murphy bed, sofa bed a wall twin beds but much longer and it would get alittle too small for 4 much less 6., in my opinion.

This was in a very nice location, close to beach not far from Seaside. Photos with this unite must have been taken year they had bought it. Needs some TLC, furniture is very worn.

30A Disappointment

We arrived, but the Benchmark Management office was closed. Our email from the company, gave us a door code, but know where did it tell us the Unit number. It took us about an hour to just get ahold of someone to find out our unit number.
When we finally got in the room, our feet stuck to the floor. Was like the floors were mopped with kool-aid. The next morning, we got someone to come re-mop.
The master bed, that was a Murphy bed, was so squeaky, that it kept the entire house awake. The mattress was covered with something plastic that crunched and crinkled with the slightest movement ! It was Horrible !
We were staying 4 nights, but left after 2.
I have stayed in a different unit with Benchmark, that was great, but this was a huge disappointment ! The room was decorated lovely, but that’s all it had going for it.

It was the perfect location. Our very short walk was easy and beautiful! The beach was never over crowded. The pool was great. Doing laundry was easy. We loved this spot♥️

This property was good for my husband and I who just needed an easy place to access the beach. It was spotlessly clean, which I always appreciate. However, it was not as good as it looks in photos. The bathroom door had a big piece of paint missing and most of the living room furniture was worn. All totally acceptable for the beach.Two things that I did not like: there was some sort of disposable blue liner in the shower that flapped up and made an already narrow shower very uncomfortable. The mattress on the Murphy bed is REALLY uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on an old fold our sofa.

Close to the beach; needs new mattress

nice place
Unit was clean. location was good. We had other family members staying across the street at another condo. We spent most of our time at the beach so never did visit the pool here, but the condo was quiet at night. The murphy bed is not the most comfortable but it was ok. Our kid liked the bunk bed. Kitchen was clean, appliances were good. Overall we had a good experience.

Absolutely loves our stay and didnt want to leave. It's so cozy and the people are so nice
We didnt arrive untill 1am Saturday instead of Friday so I fell we wasted a day. This condo is perfect and will be staying again. The pool is awesome, my kids loved it. The beds are so comfy. The restaurant's are the best. You have to try the key lime pie! The seafood market is a few blocks away and cheap! Our room was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is fully stocked which is nice. The beach is only a 5 min walk away. The water is so clear and clean. We even seen dolphins!
