You are sure to enjoy the incredible views from this 3-story townhome at Blue Tide in Seacrest. As you enter the ground floor and take the stairs to the main level the turquoise water views greet you immediately! Access to the beach is directly out your back door. Or, cool down in the pool - just out the front door. Blue Tide: Blue Tide is perched on one of the highest dunes along scenic Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach. It is a small complex with 18 units, all Gulf-front with awesome views. Beach access is directly out your back door using the private walkway. Cool down in the pool after a long day in the sand and surf. Enjoy the 30A bike and walking trail to access local shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities at Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest. * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 2 cars. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Benchmark Management was great! They delivered more than expected. They kept us Informed before we left, when we arrived, checked on us again half way through our visit, and now after the fact. Impressive. The condo was perfect and was what we expected. The beach service - Other Mama’s Beach Service- was top of the line. They are so fun and personable and treat all like family. They sealed the deal on a fun trip. We will be back for sure.

We arrived at our rental just before 5pm which we booked through with a confirmation number and a code, called customer service to check in only to be told my name was not in the system and she hung up on me. Luckily I went to the office for help, met Alaina, she was very helpful and accommodating. She confirmed that my room has a guest already who checked in the day before, she called someone at benchmark, also was very helpful and friendly, found us another rental which was an upgrade and much cheaper. Overall it turned out to be a great spring break and would definitely do this again but would book through and never use again. Thanks Alaina you were a life saver. Olu.

This property is in the perfect location! We’ve stayed at Blue Tide units in years past, but this one does need a good run through. The floor with the bedrooms and master is leaning from the stairs over to the bathroom, bed room areas. This continues all the way up to the loft. The loft is very musty. Ceiling is coming apart and my kids ended up opting for the couch instead of staying up there. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed by day 3. The washing machine has permanent black mold spots. My son is allergic to mold, we tried scrubbing it out but it’s stuck in there. Overall the location is perfect, just some things that need to be looked at.

Location was great. The rental is very outdated. Needs a remodel. 3rd bedroom is a loft and there are tons of cracks in the ceiling where my daughter was not comfortable sleeping at.

Toaster needs replacing, door to the deck almost impossible to close the screen, loft ceiling cracked and looking like it might fall in, loft has no ac vent. Very stuffy. Fencing outside fallen down near ac. With some attention this place has lots of potential. Even so we had perfect weather and a great time. (Do not count on Vacazen credit for anything!)

Sliding door needs replacing, stair risers need to be up to code, and even though unit was surfaced cleaned.. it needs to be DEEP cleaned. Musty smell here & there. Over all - WE WOULD RETURN.

The vacation rental was good however there were some things in need of repair. The TV in the living room did not work (no signal) 90% of the time. No cable. The toaster did not work. The microwave above the stove did not work so another microwave has been put on the counter top taking up space. It is however very convenient to the beach. Especially during the Covid times. You can go right off your deck to get to the beach. No elevators to ride with other people. Our kids could just run up from the beach to eat or get things and we could watch them go in. We had a good experience and it was a nice place. Just needs a few things taken care of

This is our second time staying in Blue Tide 3B. You cannot beat the views from this location! They are amazing! This is a nice sized condo with plenty of space to move around. I think it has been well loved so it's getting close needing some touch up paint. The kitchen has everything you need; we hosted Thanksgiving and had no issues. Lots of stairs going in and out and to the beach so be prepared to get your steps in. You can have your toes in the sand in about a minute so it really can't be beat. Can't wait to stay again!!

Our family rented this condo for a week at the end of September and were very pleased with the rental location and accessibility to the beach. A quick walk down the steps and you were on the sand. For the most part the unit was well maintained with the exception of the loft (which was where my daughter was sleeping) it was dirty with lots of dead bugs including cockroaches. The ceiling was open in many places I assume from past leaks and it smelled very moldy and musty. My daughter woke up every morning with new bug bites. I couldn't wait to get her out of there. I probably would not stay here again for that reason. If you're not using the loft it would be a great spot! It was a great family spot though so that would be hard to pass up. Maybe we'll try a different unit in the same building next time.

Excellent location on beach and a small condo complex so not crowded. The condo was well furnished and clean. However it was warm in master bedroom and loft.
