While the house is a little dated for the area, it's beautiful and spacious. As a guest, I would appreciate additional attention to the details that make stays more comfortable, such a labels on the light switches, Kleenex in every room, more hair dryers, kitchen basics (salt and pepper, wine bottle opener, etc,) and physical instructions for how to operate various features of the house, such as the tv center, the kitchen appliances, and the retractable blinds. Also the doors blow open very easily, and one of the doorknobs in the downstairs room isn't really attached. Another thing to note, which can be good or bad, the various beds are quite different in how hard or soft they are. The bed in the master felt like a brick, but the person who stayed in the downstairs bedroom described their bed as being soft as a cloud. So when picking bedrooms, check the beds and make sure folks have the kind of bed they need. :)

My recent stay at this home was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the stunning architecture and beautiful landscaping. The house was spacious and immaculately clean, with every amenity we could have hoped for.
The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare delicious meals throughout our stay. The bedrooms were spacious cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of closet space.
One of my favorite features of the house was the outdoor area. The front yard was like a private oasis with amazing view, with a large swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of comfortable seating for lounging in the sun. There was even an outdoor grill, perfect for barbecues with our group.
10/10 experience, our group has not stopped talking about the house since we left. We will definitely be back again and again!

Finally...were 8 professional women, eating dinner around table, talking and laughing, 8:15 in the evening
We received a text that our noise level was unacceptable, with implied threats if we didn't quiet down. It cast a pallor over our entire weekend of work and comraderie. Very sad.

This property was great for a large group! Kitchen/living room into the patio was great for hosting. The downside to the property was the pool wasn’t here and the jacuzzi wasn’t actually a jacuzzi.

The Vacuum in the pool should be removed for use! It was inconvenient to try to swim around the cord & blocked access to the full pool. It took away from the pool experience. We could not swim! Frustrating.
The door is unleavelled in the room where the piano is, making it hard to lock.
The tub in room 5 was dirty and the outlet isn’t working. Lots of dead bugs throughout the house.
The TV in the master bedroom did not work and the balcony light switch did not work.
The plaster on the wall in the kitchen next to the refrigerator is cracked and chipped off the wall.
The foyer light switches do not work. Many lights did not work.
This house needs a lil TLC but it was ok for what my sisters and I needed. Overall it was good. We enjoyed ourselves.

The views were outstanding and the house was very cool. It even has a great coach house for additional guests. Had a an excellent time and highly recommend. Only complaint is the hot tub was filthy, and the pool didn’t have a heater. But it’s the desert so neither of those things were a big deal.

The house itself was fine. Not kept up very well, broken light switches etc. door handles don’t work. The write up does advertise pool and spa, got there and it was so filthy and disgusting . Asked the pm to clean it their response was it’s not included . Then asked to clean the pool and was ignored by them the whole stay. Garbage bags from the previous stay still there . Terrible terrible !! Don’t rent this place ! You will be disappointed !

The property was easily accessible from the highway and within close proximity to Scottsdale and all shopping needs. The home as an amazing view overlooking the valley surrounding the Scottsdale area with the Phoenix skyline in the distance.
The home is built on multiple levels, so be ready for stairs as you move about the home and outdoor area.
The management company was very responsive to our need and made sure everything was in working order for our arrival. They were able to provide enough wine glasses for our party of 12 within hours of the request. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for our multiple meals.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The place is very spacious and very clean. The property management was very helpful. Minor hiccup was we got the wrong lock code for checkin. However a call to the property management fixed us with the right key.

Great family rental
We spent Christmas week here with two families and kids plus Grandma. It is a gorgeous property with some things that could make it a 5 star.
Pros: location, rooms and bathrooms well done, expansive kitchen and range for feeding large families. The grill worked masterfully. Master bedroom and balcony have gorgeous views of Phoenix. Master bathroom is to die for, wonderful soaking tub and dual shower. Even a refrigerator in the bathroom! Guest house was ideal for our millennial kids, outdoor area is stunning, baby grand piano is tuned was used everyday during our stay making beautiful music, lots of space, beds and bathrooms. We were really happy the bedding and pillows were not the cheap kind used at most rentals. Furniture was good and overall GREAT value compared to 6 hotel rooms for our family get together. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: the kitchen is not stocked well. We went out and bought more mugs, water kettle, water pitcher, and glasses. There were some placemats, no hand towels or mitts to take things out of the oven. The range light and fan doesn’t work which made the kitchen smoky when grilling. Wine glasses none except a few stragglers. No serving dishes so we went out and bought foil pans after cooking to serve the family. Many lights were out and the house is very large and dark at night. We replaced 8 lightbulbs ourselves (we bought bulbs). All the remotes were either not working or eventually ran out. The worst was the Wi-Fi didnt work which means none of the tvs worked (they are all smart tvs). We reported the issue twice and no one from Good Stay ever came by. We eventually gave up and used our own hotspots to stream shows or music. Lastly, as other reviews have stated the pool and hot tub are not heated which is an issue only for winter rentals.

Very disappointd
We were very disappointed with this property. Very worn down, things in house falling apart and off, kitchen was very under stocked(lacked cooking pans, no wine glasses, no hand towels or wash cloths). We were lucky to have family in area to supply us with kitchen stuff to cook thanksgiving. We left wine glasses and hand towels for future guests.
The house had a sewer smell sometimes. When we called they did send someone over to put up a shower curtain since one shower was missing a door. Very surprised that VRBO would want to advertise this house. I was not notified until the day before we arrived that you needed five days notice to heat pool. A lot of disappointed people since that was our main

The views were nice and it was in a good location. Was definitely not worth the price.

Great location
This property is very private and located in close proximity to great golf, spa facilities at the JW Marriott, hiking at Camelback and Squaw Peak as well as several great restaurants. The home has multiple bedrooms and a private casita for kids or family members with babies. The sunsets are amazing from the patio.

The doors in the house do not stay locked and we had to put furniture in front of the door to keep them from opening while we were gone.
As for management they did ok. They were not easy to get ahold of. They did send a cleaning crew the second day we were here but the house was behind what the crew was capable of doing while we were at the house. I probably would not book a house by this host again, and I do not recommend you do either unless you also want to waste the first few days of your trip arguing with management and waiting to let maintenance in and out.

Overall the experience was fun. The house is beautiful and very roomy. There is a lot of space between the neighbors so we were very comfortable being out at the pool and grilling. I would highly recommend.

The best thing going for this property is the view- it's awesome! The property needs some attention, though, and I probably wouldn't return until repairs have been made. On arrival we found that the pool and spa were very dirty and the spa heater didn't work. I called the property manager and they sent someone out right away, which was great, but he didn't fix the heater. My brother (who is very mechanical) fixed the heater and it worked great after that. He also fixed the sweep so the pool ended up being great as well. As far as the house, there are several broken cabinet handles, the door to the patio from the family room had a broken door handle, there are drywall repairs needed where there are chips/holes, the wall oven didn't function, and other deferred maintenance issues throughout. The property manager did offer to send a cleaning person over, which was nice but we decided to clean up where needed instead. Overall, this could be a spectacular rental but unfortunately it's not currently.

The house was very nice, and the location was amazing. However, the up keep on the house was NOT good. There was a lot of small issues that ended up with us leaving a day earlier than we had booked. There was door handles falling off/missing, pieces of the stairs were cracked and dangerous for children, the remote was completely smashed and needed to be held together to use it, most of the exterior doors did not lock or close properly, and some did not open at all. There was only one burner on the stove that worked and the freezer in the main kitchen would come out of the wall when you tried to open it as if it was going to fall out entirely. We chose this property over others due to the amenities that it had, which turned out none of them were functioning. For a vacation with children that need entertaining it was just not what was advertised. The communication with the property management was great when I was requesting heat for the hot tub which was an extra cost, but ceased entirely as soon as I sent in a complaint about all of these issues. Three emails where sent over the course of four days and still I have yet to get a response. Overall very disappointed about how this place is managed and the lack of up keep on the house.

Property was nice, but house is worn. Several things need repair. 5 fireplaces/ no firewood. Asked mgmt company twice where firewood was - no response. Hot tub, but no way to turn it on. Asked mgmt company twice where remote was to turn it on - including leaving a voice mail and contact form - no response. When they sent me the check out form listing all I had to do before I checked out - I responded they wanted me to do a lot but never answered my questions, they responded that they would note my complaints and try to do better.

Good stay overall
Great size house with amazing views! The house comes with many things that are required to make a stay very pleasant. No real complaints except hot tub would not actually get hot. This made the pool and hot tub not usable for the days we were there which were on the chilly side. I wish management would have responded as quickly after check-in as they did prior. My group still had a great time.
