Upon arrival, I noticed a few significant issues: 1. Stains on the Couch: The couch in the living area had noticeable stains, which not only affected the overall aesthetic but also raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. 2. Overgrown Weeds: The outdoor space, particularly the yard, had overgrown weeds, which made it less enjoyable to use and gave the impression that the property had not been properly maintained. 3. Trash in the Yard: To my surprise, there was trash scattered in the yard, which was not only unsightly but also posed a potential environmental issue. I would not recommend this property. Have photos if I could upload them I would.
