About this house rental
Located in the quaint village of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, Viva La Vida is a 2-level, 4-bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen vacation home with all the charm and comforts you'd expect. Our little town is a great place for a getaway. Ride a tube down the Portneuf River as it winds through town, enjoy the local indoor and outdoor olympic sized swimming pool, speed slides and a Kiddy Cove. Spend time soaking in the natural hot springs, hike, bike, fish, golf, zip-line, horseback ride in the hills, or rent an ATV or snowmobile. We invite you to relax, recharge and rejuvenate here in our quiet little town. ! We love to meet all of our guests and do a brief personal check-in service to familiarize you with the features of the home. The person who rented the home will need to be present with a valid credit card and Driver's License per our rental agreement and security deposit policy. This is in addition to the security deposit with Airbnb. Read the rental agreement prior to booking.

The house was in excellent condition. It was by far the cleanest home away rental I have stayed in, which I greatly appreciate. The property owners go above and beyond with bedding, bath towels, blankets, and a fully loaded kitchen, everything you have at home to cook with you will find here. The location was perfect. Tons of parking. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your Lava gem with us.

Clean, well supplied and spacious
The house was very clean and spacious. We had 3 families stay, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. We all fit easily in the space. The extra kitchen was amazing! We mostly used the covered patio in the back for cooking and eating. Both stocked with everything you might need. I would suggest to have a first aid kit or bandaids on site for little scrapes and cuts.
I would suggest to limit the check in process. The hist likes to meet and give you a tour of the property at check in, which is very detailed and took about 30-45 minutes.
There is a doorbell camera and a camera that looks at the back access for security. The host mentioned they turn of the notifications, however it did seem to make the group a bit uncomfortable.
There is no access to the garage for storage and the yard is a bit small for a party of this size, but we made it work. Great view of the fireworks and easy access to main street/ downtown Lava and the park. Perfect location. We parked a car on the street a few times with no complaints for the neighbors. Everyone was very kind and welcoming in town.
Unfortunately there is no washer and dryer, but the house is extremely well stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, etc supplied. There is a pack and play, blow up mattress, and foam pad provided with extra bedding for then and all of the futons.
Overall a great house for a family or friends vacation Lava!

Very impressed with the home, it was very beautiful and clean, check in was easy and Laurel was super friendly and nice. Will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Lava hot springs.

Home away from Home
Very clean and nice updated home with two living floors. Worked out well for 10 of us to have two kitchens and separate tv areas. Close to restaurants and swimming.
