This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, 7th-floor condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Both bedrooms have 43” flat screen smart TVs and the living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa with a 55” flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything you would need to dine in. Enjoy all the amenities the Beach Villas has to offer. We stayed for the weekend (Fri-Mon) to attend my best friend's wedding. Arrived at night and made sure all the blinds were closed for the sea turtles. The next morning we were in awe of the view and enjoyed a cup of coffee in bed - no words. It was so beautiful. The thoughtful owners left us everything we needed for that first day so we didn't need to rush out to the store. Coffee, creamer, water, snacks..... Everything was very clean (and I'm particular). We saw a rainbow that morning during our walk on the beach and 6 manatees kindly swam with us with waves of hello. I know! it sounds like a dream. We had a wonderful time together and will definitely return. 09.23-26.2022 weekend just before Ian arrived.

Property is in a good condition, a few things here and there; but overall was good.
Couple of things, for the nest guest:
- the fridge had a horrible rotten smell
- the TV in the Master room didn't work
- ice trays empty. (Been an investment property, switch the fridge to a simple model that makes ice; it's beach property)

Awesome Stay
The property checks all the boxes- oceanfront view, homey atmosphere, comfort, space, wifi, and cleanliness! I will not be opposed to re-booking this unit!

Had 7 of my lifelong girlfriends together to celebrate out 45 birthday. It was amazing location, clean and perfect for our stay. I would 100% recommend this place! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Excellent stay

This property was available for the exact dates we needed. Fort Myers is clean, beautiful beach, cute shops and great restaurants! We had a perfect ocean view from our screened in porch. We were able to rent chairs/umbrellas from the Pink Shell next door. March appears to be a very crowded time of year! The condo was furnished nicely with comfy beds. We were unable to get any of the apps on the TV to work after following directions from the management company. Appreciated the beach towels! The king bedroom’s bath needs some plumbing help - the toilet ran a lot and the shower head provided a low spray. It’s a lively place and we enjoyed it! But not a quiet getaway.

We rented chairs on the beach. Also the condo complex must allow smoking on the outdoor balconies which interfered with the use of our balcony.

Absolutely perfect!
This was our first vacation as a family of 7 (5 children ages 7-16) and our stay was flawless! Everything about the condo was exactly as stated (if not better) than the listing. The best communication from time of booking to checkout from any place we have ever stayed. The most beautiful view, plenty of in condo necessities. It felt like home away from home. 100% recommend!

Before you book READ this review!
Stayed Dec 1-6, 2021. Condo is a good location however there were issues that I notified the host about. BEFORE you book, you should get confirmation that the following issues have been fixed (especially for the nightly price of this condo).
1. Patio door lock/latch is falling off.
2. The tiled floors throughout are filthy. After walking around bare feet, bottoms are black. We had to wear shoes immediately after showers.
3. Bathroom sinks are clogged, just a simple hand wash and it’s a large puddle of standing water and really gross when brushing teeth.
4. Shower caulk on sliding door is moldy, needs a good scrub
5. Toilet in master bath runs constantly and the handle is Very loose.
I have to give the host the benefit of the doubt and assume previous occupants didn’t report these issues. Hopefully they address them ASAP.

We were pleased to find an umbrella, sand toys and and a few chairs to use at the beach. The property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Check in and check out was really easy. We had a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation
Location and condo were perfect. No complaints but if I really dig deep there were two very minor issues we dealt with. The key pad gave us trouble and sometimes had to try three or four times. With that said, I believe we could have made someone aware and it probably would have been taken care of. The other was we had quite a bit of luggage and storage is at a minimum but again, no big deal. We stored empty luggage in the rear of the rental car. No surprises, everything was what we expected and hoped for.

January Sun & Sand
Nice layout of floor plan, great ocean front view from master, kitchen and living room. There was an added bonus of the bay side and marina from the small kitchen window! Location is great, a little quieter end with nice add of Bowditch point park (low tide you can walk around bay), quick walk to Town Square.

This unit was perfect. Loved the Coastal Farmhouse vibe. Clean and comfortable with beautiful views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.

Beautiful property. Great communication. Highly recommend.
The condo and location are perfect. I even pulled a bone headed move and showed up a day early. Ugh. Heather was easily reachable and got me into the property a day early. I had some COVID concerns about going on vacation, but the condo was immaculate. We even had brand new blankets and towels. We will definitely be back.
