Es war perfekt: unkompliziert, einfach, gute Lage. Die nahe gelegene Strasse störte mich nicht, ein Geräuschpegel ist jedoch da.

Das Gebäude. Aber das hatte auf die Wohnung und den Aufenthalt keinen Einfluss, wenn man nicht unbedingt ein Photo der Hülle im Status braucht.

Niet een aangename buurt. De tweede dag was er een politie inval bij de buren.. Wel met 30 gemaskerde agenten. Hierdoor mochten we in eerste instantie niet naar binnen. Even later naar binnen gebracht onder begeleiding van de politie. We mochten het appartement eerst niet verlaten. Dit gaf ons niet een veilig gevoel en waren blij dat we weer weg gingen.

Das Appartement ist groß genug, hat eine Küchenzeile, die gut ausgestattet ist, sogar mit Konserven, die zu einem fairen Preis genutzt werden können. Im Kühlschrank sind auch Getränke (gegen eine faire Gebühr). WLAN, Sat-TV gehören ebenfalls dazu. Dias Appartement ist sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage in Manfort ist ausgezeichnet, da zentral. Vor dem Haus gibt es viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet.

Unhygienisch (Zuckerschale mit Dreck darin, dreckiger Seifenspender, keimende Zwiebel auf dreckigem Backblech in Schublade), Staub auf Lichtschaltern, Fönhalterung, usw. , Löcher im Bettlaken, abgeplatzte Möbelstücke, aufgequollene Badtür, duschen ohne komplette Badflutung nicht möglich, Umbuchung ohne Info in ein 7qm kleineres Zimmer mit einem Bett weniger darin (Problem wurde vom Angestellten auf Beschwerde hin gelöst), Optik des Gebäudes und des Flurs wirkt marode und stark sanierungsbedürftig

The apartment has undergone renovations and some design choices made were good. Decent for a one night stay to crash.

We had a hard time contacting the owner to get entry (they had placed the wrong keys in the wrong box for our collection). We had to wait around for their friend to come down and get us into the apartment. The friend seemed nice but we had been waiting a bit and were already a little agitated. The apartment itself at first glance looks good but a lot of shortcuts were quickly obvious on the renovations. Flooring was coming up in many places, the shower was not properly equipped to prevent water from splashing out, doors had water damage, and details in the construction were overlooked which gave a sloppy appearance. Lastly, the owner after our visit asked me to not leave a review if I had a bad experience. I'm a frequent traveler and a host myself and would never want to be tricked into staying at a place that didn't get honest reviews. They even specifically asked us to not mention the location since they could not change it. While the area and building were not great that doesn't mean it shouldn't be represented in the listing. Please refrain from such misleading and poor practices towards guests. If it affects your business then it's justified; customers should not be misled.
