Not very comfortable

Well equipped

Electricity was charged for and the cards did not work. The duvets were very thin. No bathmat was provided

Location of chalet was fantastic, close to the beach, shops and amenities and and as an added bonus had a nice patio area. On arrival key was in the safe and everything was clean and tidy. Had a very comfortable stay and would recommend 😊

Bedding was old and needed to b replaced to a summer duvet. The site all be it ok was very regimented with too many rules and was unable to use the club house as it didn’t allow dogs (only outside)

Very good

Easy to access with key In lockbox as described. Was very clean. As a non dog person I did wonder how clean it would be as it said it was so doggt friendly so was happy to find the extra money they charge dog owners for cleaning went to good use.

This pretty well met my expectations so no major issues. I think if you want to consider some improvements then I would say that for the money I would have preferred that you supply towels and bed sheets. Covid restrictions are pretty much non existent anywhere now so it seems strange to quote that as a reason to not supply and it added a lot of packing bulk.

We will defiantly be back!

Great chalet to stay in and we don't really have any complaints! The chalet itself was clean and well equipped for everything we needed for our holiday. The location was brilliant. Literally a 2-minute walk to the shops/pubs and amusements. There is a bus from just outside the park that goes along the coast to Great Yarmouth. The onsite bar is also great, good entertainment on a night, all staff brilliant and not too expensive on food & drink. We will defiantly be back!

There wasnt anything we didnt like about the chalet really it was great. Maybe the only downside is you are very close to your neighbors and if you have someone who is nosey (as we were) it can be a bit annoying. But that cant be helped!

Everything we needed, comfy , very nice park close to all amenities, clean toilet & kitchen .

When we arrived the floor had not been cleaned there was sand everywhere, and no black bag in the bin . Tv was not working properly kept not letting us find any channels.

Disgusted

Location,quiet area, plenty of parking.The site is nice.

On arrival as soon as we opened the door there was a putrid smell which turned out to be the fridge which unfortunately lasted throughout our stay.There was breakfast cereal remains and food on the counters, on the floor,on the placemats, under the table, on the dining chairs- absolutely everywhere. The floor to every room was filthy and after we spent some of our own money on cleaning products and 2 hours of our time upon our arrival on our first day of our holiday cleaning, it appeared clear that the place was not cleaned prior to our visit as the water from the floor was black.There was also stain drops down the walls by the bin, and random stains on the sofa. There appeared to be a small brown mark on toilet wall near the toilet roll holder which appears to be faeces, after brushing the bathroom floor the brush was absolutely filthy with hairs and in the end, we ended up cleaning the floor with antibac wipes, the same as all the rooms. Speaking of rooms, every single drawer in the bedrooms had long black human hair in.There was also clothing labels in some drawers and in the end we left our clothes in our bags and unpacked from our bags daily as we were not prepared to clean out someone else's hair(there was a lot) out of bedroom drawers after already scrubbing down the kitchen sides and cleaning the doors and floors as well as the fridge and bathroom. The oven tray even had foil and crumbs on from previous occupants.I do not understand why I had to pay 25 pounds for a cleaner when clearly there is either no cleaner and if there is a cleaner then you might want to sack them and actually bring someone in that can clean because upon our arrival the place looked like the people that checked out before us had just left just as we arrived. The TV had terrible reception,most of the windows were locked with no key in sight which is a clear fire hazard.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only thing we did struggle with is the double bed but I believe that’s only because you’re used to your own home comforts.

Liked the setting of the chalets with the green in the middle.

The sofa in the chalet wasn't very comfortable and the four chairs round the table were very wobbly.

Peaceful and fun, with all attractions and locations.

The location was great, shops, beach and amusements and arcades all within 5 minutes walk from the site. The chalet met all our needs, it was comfortable like home from home, for the time of year when we went in November, so peaceful. Also the location for us was ideal as we have family in Norwich, so being able see them was an added bonus,

We only cooked our own breakfast but had everything u needed.

There was nothing we didn't like except the shower can b a bit slippery mayb get a non slip bath mat but was a great stay

Lovely Modern chalet, perfect for our little family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay, we liked it all but would have liked a bread knife to cut our fresh bread from the Bakery otherwise brilliant. X

Midweek we had an infestation of ants!!!! As much as I tried I could not contact anyone to sort it out, had to buy product to sort it out myself, managed to keep them under control, the ants came from behind the fridge, we where in Shelley 202 , but overall we had a good time

Had a enjoyable & relaxing holiday in a very comfortable chalet in a beautiful location spot

Comfortable well presented chalet,very tasteful and clean, lovely sun spot as caught sunshine most of the day so was in a great location and dog friendly, it was a most enjoyable holiday break.

We didn't have a bread knife to cut bread which was only difficulty and we could get any bbc channels on tv but that is only a minor fault

The property was big enough for us and the doggos, the sofa was comfy, just right for the price!

The chalets are packed in very close and tight!

Superb

Lovely, clean and modern chalet. Myself, my partner and dog found it very cosy and wanted to stay longer. Very close to the beach and a couple miles drive to Great Yarmouth centre. We will definitely be back

There is no free WiFi available inside the property which wasn’t stated on booking.com. There also is no mention of an electric meter on their site so we was a bit dazzled to find we had to pay for electric, but it wasn’t too big a deal. There was no towels or hairdryer which was disappointing, however i should have brought them myself.
