Situated in Deerfield Beach, this attractive house for $516 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Amazing location in beautiful Deerfield Beach, The Cove! A hop skip and jump to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping! Minutes’ walk from our home to the beach and less to restaurants, spa, yoga and other entertainment! We call this the Pool/Beach House because of its proximity to the beach. Our remodeled home is more than 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your perfect vacation getaway for anytime of the year! Equipped with plenty of space for 6 adults or a family with children. Fully remodeled with lovely transitional/modern decor and amenities. New central air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped remodeled kitchen with brand new stainless-steel appliances and the cooking items you will need for those special meals away from home. Other appliances we provide for you during your stay are coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender/juicer, stainless steel pots/pans, electric stove and full oven. Mixing bowls, cutlery, knives, baking sheets, serving bowls and dishes, and other necessities for the kitchen are provided for your use. 8 settings plus the unbreakable set of 8 for the patio/pool area are also for your use. There is a pantry located in the laundry room for those extra food items you may want to store during your stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fresh and new. Rooms are very spacious. The master suite has a jet-tub and shower head with settings and a handheld wand with two settings. This “Beach room” is tastefully decorated with gentle colors that remind me of the beach. It has a king bed and plenty of closet space. Also located in this room is the linen closet with extra linens for your use. We installed new slider doors in this room which has a screen door that lead out to the pool area. We know you will love this as it give so much light and airiness to the room. The second room, “hummingbird”, has a queen size bed with closets and slider doors with a screen door that go out to the pool area as well. There is a seating area just outside the bedroom for your enjoyment. The third bedroom, “Ocean” room is oversized with lovely colors and decor. It fits a king size bed, an electric Adjustable Standing Desk with USB ports for all your charging needs, and lots of storage. The hallway bathroom is light and modern with a pebbled shower floor and a handheld wand. It is conveniently located in the center of our home with ample storage for your toiletries. The beautifully decorated common area, living room, dining room and sunroom, is comfortable and spacious. A new Smart television with Bose Sound Touch, which is also great for your music choice by Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, great for those times indoors. You can access cable TV, your Netflix, YouTube and other entertainment accounts from this setup. We also have internet, cable television, Wi-Fi, and a landline telephone for local calls. The dining room is conveniently located near the kitchen. We have a lovely sitting area or sunroom that is surrounded by slider doors. It makes for a perfect spot to read or enjoy a cup of java or glass of wine. This space looks out to the pool area as well. The completely remodeled pool deck area has a resort feel with plenty of privacy. The newly installed horizontal fence in the backyard area gives a modern look and enhances the beauty around the pool. The new pavers on the deck and the beautiful aero descent tiling in the pool reflects the sunlight and pool light gorgeously! Newly installed pool heater just makes the pool experience even better for relaxing and soaking up the sun or hanging out at night during the cooler days or nights. The dinette set on the patio is a great card table or a perfect place for your meals. We provide for you a Weber gas grill, chaise lounges, and entertainment seating area surrounded by tropical plants and nature to give you the best vacation experience ever and comfort you will need. There is free parking in the circular driveway for your convenience. At night the exterior of the house, front and back, is illuminated with automatic landscape lighting and overhead lighting for those nights out on the patio. If you are an early riser, there is a café table and chairs located in the front stoop of the house for you to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea. It is also lovely for the close of the day as the sunsets can be seen from here as well as the back yard. Our home comes with many amenities for the comfort and convenience of your stay. Beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, beach bags are some of the amenities we provide for your days at the beach. Extra bedding, blankets, bath towels are available for your use as well. Our indoor laundry room is equipped with new washer and dryer. We provide for your convenience laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board. Our home is ready for you and we look forward to seeing you here very soon!

My family and I had an amazing time in Florida. The house was spectacular; it had everything to make you have a 5-star experience. Danielle took care of us when we had questions, very professional and caring. She accommodated an early check in which helped us a lot. The backyard is one of the best part of the property and the house is close to everything. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the beach; really convenient. I definitely recommend this property!!!

We had an amazing stay - everything was immaculate - plenty of towels water toys and even bicycles. A quick bike ride to the beach and restaurants with a return to a quiet oasis. All the perks of being close to a lively area with the ability to retreat to our own space was really special. We’ll definitely be back.

I booked this property for my friends and I based in large part of the pictures of a beautiful pool & landscaped property. We met Daniele at the property at 3PM on Friday, she had forgotten to send the access code. On entering the house we immediately headed to the back to check out the pool & garden. It was a disaster - the pool was filthy & the entire backyard was covered in leaves, debris & trash.
Daniele advised the Pool service cleans on Tuesday, bizarre that it had not been cleaned for us with a Friday check-in. Likewise the landscaping company cleans on Wednesday. It would be Tuesday before the pool & landscaping was rectified, we lost 4 days out of our 7 day stay.
After spending time with Daniele outside we did an inspection on the inside. We lifted the cushion on a Wicker Loveseat in the living room and discovered a significant hole in the seat - definitely not usable. Daniele expressed surprise and said she would replace it. I took pictures of everything, including the Loveseat. Daniele came by on Tuesday advising that she was replacing the Loveseat. We helped her put the damaged piece in her SUV, she said she would be returning with the replacement. She never returned.
After we checked out I contacted Daniele to respectfully ask if she might consider some type of credit for us, based on us losing 4 days of use for the pool & garden. She adamantly refused, told me I was crazy, and ended the call.
I think our biggest shock was the following Tuesday when I received an email from CSA Insurance advising me that she had filed a claim with them for $1500 for a replacement Loveseat, claiming that we were responsible for the damage.
I immediately sent detailed emails to both VRBO & CSA Insurance, attaching time stamped pictures of the Loveseat, Pool, Gardens etc, clearly demonstating that her actions constitute Fraud & Dishonesty.
CSA Insurance have paid her claim, and my emails to VRBO requesting some type of credit have received no response.
We will definitely steer clear of this Host for any future rentals, a very disappointing experience.

Very relaxing vacation!
We really enjoyed our time in Deerfield beach. This location was great for getting to the beach or restaurants. The property was very clean, and the pool was awesome. We used it every single day. The beach was also great. Thank you for a great day!

Overall we had a good experience with our house. It was very much as advertised in the listing. The location is very convenient; you can walk to a shopping center with pizza, breakfast spot and other restaurants and Publix is 2 minute drive. Beach is just over the bridge, so a little far to walk but easy drive or ride a bike (we rented from a nearby bike shop) The yard is sunny and pleasant. Our airconditioning didn’t work when we arrived, but Danielle got someone to come over very quickly. They couldn’t fix it until the next day so we had 2 nights without air conditioning, which was annoying, but at least she was responsive and got it taken care of. I was a bit surprised to not even find hand soap in the bathrooms and the kitchen could have used more basics such as a dish sponge, steak knives, bowls and aluminum foil. And while the property felt very clean, some of the furniture was stained and could use a bit of a freshening. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool. If the kitchen was a bit better stocked and we didn’t have trouble with airconditioning for our first nights and an issue with the disposal at the end of our 2 weeks I would give this listing a 5.

The home is very clean and beautiful. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed for our family vacation. Some days we cooked our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to do that (pots and pans, utensils, dishes…) The beds are super comfortable and there are lots of extra linens. Even beach towels. It was just like our little home away from home for the week. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

The beds are extremely comfortable and look brand new. I was able to contact Daniele when we had a small issue with the outdoor furniture upon arrival. She had it fixed immediately with no issues. The location is perfect, a short drive to the beach in Deerfield with local stores just down the road (groceries and drug stores). We even visited Ft. Lauderdale and Miami while we were there. I would absolutely recommend this house for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

It looks exactly like the listing and included so many wonderful amenities. We had so much fun hanging out and grilling in the backyard. It’s a very short drive to the beach which is absolutely breath taking. Check in and check out were smooth. We had everything we could have wanted a more. Can not recommend this place more.

Quiet Retreat
Lovely home. Immaculately clean. Lots of starter condiments, paper products, coffee, creamers, etc. We totally enjoyed the beautiful landscaped pool. Wonderful place to relax for the week.

Peaceful and Relaxing
My husband and I rented this house for a week and we will definitely be going back. Daniele was great and very responsive to any of our questions. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is very close to the supermarket and other shopping. It’s also a very short drive to the beach. We spent the afternoons and evenings in the gorgeous salt water pool and all you could hear were the birds in the afternoon and the insects at night. It was very peaceful. The place is very well kept and very clean including all of the linens and towels. The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are also very decent in size and the pillows are the quality you’d get in a hotel. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. My husband also commented on how comfortable the bed was. Everything else in the description details of this property are accurate. We will definitely be going back to this property, we had such a great experience.
