Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Rhein ist hervorragend. Bisher waren unsere Aufenthalte in diesem Haus immer sehr schön.
Die Lage unseres Zimmers (111) raubte einem aufgrund der direkt unter dem Fenster gelegenen Wärmepumpe (?) durch deren ständigem Gesurre und Geklicke den Schlaf.

Die Lage, das Frühstück und die Skybar.
Die Zimmer sind von der Größe eher knapp bemessen. Das gilt auch für die Größe der Betten. Vom Niveau her vergleichbar mit IBIS, dafür aber fast doppelt so teuer. Vielleicht lag es auch an dem genutzten Angebot von Booking.com?!

Location, fantastic panoramic roof top restaurant, friendly, helpful staff, super breakfast
If there were three things I would suggest to the hotel it would 1. Provide a kettle and cups, not necessarily the tea or coffee just the facility to be able to make a hot drink. 2. There was body shampoo provided but would be a nice touch for the ladies to have hair shampoo & conditioner provided too, 3. A small room fridge

Hotel was tijdelijk slecht bereikbaar doordat er aan de wegen werd gewerkt.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Gastronomie (Skylounge).
Die Aufteilung des Zimmers ist minimalistisch. Offenes Badezimmer (WC separat) kein geschlossener Kleiderschrank. Für die Buchung Doppelzimmer de Luxe mit Balkon und Rheinblick (3 ÜN/F) waren wir für den Gesamtbetrag in Höhe von 485,- im Winter sehr enttäuscht!

Perfekte Lage des wirklich sehr ansprechend ausgestatteten Hotels. Man muß nur über die Strasse gehen und man ist direkt am Rhein. Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer (inkl. Bad) war sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und von der Größe her für unseren Kurztrip vollkommen ok. Im Bett konnte herrlich schlafen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die im Obergeschoss befindliche Restaurant mit sehr netten Personal und hervorragender Aussicht. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Vor allem gab es keine Aufbackbrötchen, sondern frische. Andernach ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Andernach reisen, kehren wir mit Sicherheit in diesem Hotel wieder ein. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Hotelteam.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Ausblick auf den Rhein war durch das komplett zu öffnende Fenster gegeben. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Personal war besonders zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Das Zimmer hatte ein offenes Badezimmer und eine offene Dusche. Es mag sicherlich Menschen geben, die genau ein solches Design mögen, aber ich gehöre nicht dazu. Die Toilette war in einem extra Raum, jedoch ohne unmittelbare Möglichkeit, die Hände zu waschen.
Ich möchte ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass ich das nicht als Mangel des Hotels ansehe, vielmehr ist es eine Meine persönliche Meinung, dass ich ein Badezimmer mit eigener Tür bevorzuge. Jeder, der mit einem solchen Design zufrieden ist, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen

Modern, mooi onderhouden hotel. Mooie ligging aan de Rijn. Goed ontbijt maar geen lactose vrije producten.
De oplaadpunten voor de elektrische auto waren defect. Geen waterkoker en helaas geen koelkast.

Modernes Gebäude, moderne Anlage, modernes Interieur. Super Auswahl beim Frühstück. Tiefgarage und außen Parkplätze vorhanden. Nettes Personal. Sonderwünsche werden gerne und schnell vollzogen.

kein Ablage für Bekleidung, Waschbecken in der Toilette fehlt, Duschwand zu klein, Alles wird nass! Schuhanzieher fehlt, Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich!

Great hotel.for.my needs. It was locted near were my parents grew up. Very close to the inner city shops and restaurants. The sky bar was a great location to meet my family and have a few drinks. My only concern was the fan in the room did not work.and was a little warm in the early evenings.

Its a very beautiful property located at a very nice location just facing the Rhine river. The top floor panoramic restaurant has an amazing view with good food and drink options. The room was also nice with nice view and all basic facilities except the small refrigerator. Breakfast was also very good.
There is nothing to dislike, I would have preferred a small fridge/refrigerator in the room rest everything was good.

The shower was broken so the shower head could not be held up.

staff is utterly insufficient 4 of us waited 40min till check in staff popped up. at anytime there only 1 person, Doug it all, bar breakfast check in and they seem unaware of basic level of hospitality etiquette such as saying sorry for making us wait. same in morning , got to queue to check out till someone wants to attend the check out booth.
if you aim at retired guest with plenty of time fine, but you are utterly incompetent at attending business guest
