Alison prepared homemade breads, jams, and other goodies for the breakfast buffet every morning! Delicious! She and Pete were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way. There’s a lovely little terrace in the back- quiet and peaceful. Great place to have a glass of wine, read a book, write in your journal etc. The location was terrific-close to everything. A great place to stay!

Great location, parking easy and free with good instructions provided beforehand. Hosts Alison and Peter are delightful and Alison has thought of everything you need as a traveller. Most rooms are upstairs however there is a chairlift that can take your heavy bag up to the rooms (!!) the homemade continental breakfast is amazing, also nice to meet different guests and chat. Great wifi, lovely fluffy towels, face wipes, soap, hairdryer etc all provided.

The property is within walking distance to the centre of town. Handy to all conveniences, free car parking, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Allison and Pete were lovely hosts, giving us lots of information and helpful tips.

Located in the centre of Amboise, the B&B was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The breakfast was amazing and the host friendly and welcoming.

This B&B was a great find. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our vacation in France. The hosts Alison and Peter were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing and we enjoyed the company of the other guests.

It was not just a hotel, but it was hospitable house of friends. The owner of this hotel, Alison, absolutely incredible person! We felt cozy and comfortable, it was very homely. In the morning she cooked an amazing breakfast, she created an atmosphere of comfort and warmth, we are very glad that we met these wonderful people! Thank you so much!

Wonderful B&B.

Alison the host was delightful and charming with an abundant source for local information and insights. The room was furnished with very high quality furnishings. I really appreciated the bed which was very comfortable and the pillows were of superior quality with good support. The breakfast was amazing and Alison even made me a delicious duck dinner. She is a traditionally trained chef. The B&B is near the center of town and an easy walk to anything you need and want to see.

We have opted for dinner cooked by host which has been a very smart choice, as the meal was very delicious and felt very homemade.
