With the Crookhaven River Sandy Inlet (400m), Curleys Bay (300m), Culburra Surf Beach at the end of the street (750m) or 10 minute drive from Culburra to the white sands of Jervis Bay at Callala Beach (Please see the map within this listing). The huge 700m2 level yard is fenced and there are large undercover areas at the front and rear of the home with comfortable seating for 8 adults. There are some bikes at the property or you can BYO as there are great bike pathways along with a huge 14ft netted trampoline, plenty of room for cricket and games to keep the kids active. There is a full Woolworths supermarket 5 mins drive away with a range of speciality shops and cafes. #Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic electric cook top, fan forced oven and separate grill. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, large air fryer, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan, delonghi nespresso coffee pod machine with inbuilt milk frother and fridge with purified water on tap set to your desired temperature.
