Phoenix Gulf Shores 1801 Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Very good overall except for your parking pass policy. I had my renal car exchanged and the pass I purchased on Sunday did not get transferred. I was made to pay an additional $58 or my car would be towed. I did not think that was fair. We had proof I paid.

We stayed the entire week and had a blast. Close to restaurants with a short walk to some and others just a short car ride. There's a small convenient grocery store right across the street for last minute items. The Walmart is maybe 2 miles away for Groceries. The property is right on the beach and from the 18th floor you can watch Dolphins and see other things in the water from the covered balcony. From the balcony we even saw a Shark swimming along the shore in the morning. The condo is plenty big enough for multiple people to stay and not feel crowded. The view from the unit with corner and back windows is amazing. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and we cooked quite a bit. The property has an indoor and outdoor pool we we used alot and the beach is big and lots of room to spread out if you don't want to be right next to someone. We went the 2nd week of September which is the start low season and it was awesome. Light crowds and no waiting at most restaurants. The maintenance crew at the property were always cleaning and improving the place so it was clean everywhere. Also the gym in the building has alot to offer as afar as equipment. It has a full view of the beach and made working out almost fun. ;)

Great stay at this unit. View was amazing ! Everything worked great. Little short on freezer space and ice maker had to be reset to work properly, but overall a wonderful kept unit with great benefits. AC was very good ... there were no problems.

My family brought my 70 year old mother with mobility issues. The parking garage was convenient, and the elevator was fast! The pool was accessible, although the indoor pool deck gets super slippery. We rented a motorized beach wheelchair and a shower chair from Beach Power Rentals. Both items were amazing, and really allowed my mother to enjoy her time. The chair rental guy even put extra sand at the bottom of the ramp to the beach to make sure she would be able to use it. This unit has amazing windows, and the outdoor furniture and kitchen items were just right. I felt like we were in a good location, convenient to all GS has to offer. I would stay in this location again.

This place is great for family’s. We enjoyed being on the beach and the two pool options for kids. Our view was spectacular!
Biggest complaint is the loud beds. Every time you moved or even rolled over the entire bed creaked. This made it challenging with little ones who were sleeping in cribs. Ever room was seriously really loud haha.
Unfortunately the pool heater broke part way through our stay so the heated pool was pretty cold.
Also our dryer in our unit didn’t work very well. We finally figured out the issue the final day, but it wouldn’t dry things except on one setting.
Water pressure was pretty limited and lights seemed to be dim or flickering in certain rooms. Vacuum that was provide was operational as well.
None of this was a negative for us, but I think the unit could use a bit of maintenance / upkeep.
Overall I would still recommend this and rank it 4.8/5 :)
*Please upgrade the beds and box springs :)

Great property, condos are large and have everything needed to accommodate a family for a week. Pools are clean and the kids loved them.

Overall very nice condo and location. We enjoyed the small grocery store right across the street and the friendliness of all the staff we interacted with. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and playing in the waves. It was too cold to really enjoy the outdoor pool but my kids gave the slide a couple rounds and still enjoyed it. My mom has trouble walking but she was able to get down to the beach and walk to the shore via the elevator and ramp. You will need a code to get to the beach and that wasn’t communicated until we couldn’t open the gate and another person told us. The only negative was the beds were really loud, as in they creaked every time someone turned over or sat down, even my kids noticed and complained. I would rent with Phoenix again.

The condo was beautiful and met all of our needs...just a couple of complaints. The beds are EXTREMELY noisy. You couldn't even turn over in the bed with waking someone, certainly not get in the bed. We had a baby in our room in a porta-crib and woke her up every time we went to bed. That was very frustrating.
The other problem was the blinds. We wanted to lower them because of the glare at the table while we were playing a game, And they were crazy! One came down and we couldn't get it back up, And the one beside it came all the way down...as in the blind was still closed together, but was at the bottom of the window instead of the top. I don't know if they were broken or what, but future renters need warning not to touch or instructions if they do actually work.
If those two matters could be taken care of, you'd have a 5 star rating across the board from me!

Property was just as described—beautiful and roomy. The balcony is large and nice for sitting to enjoy the view. Access to the beach was so nice, just walk downstairs and hit the sand. We enjoyed having a Keurig, an extra ice machine (though it needs a thorough cleaning), TVs in the bedrooms, and spacious fridge. The dining chairs are not the most comfortable (several are hard flat metal), the beds/pillows need an upgrade as they squeak with every turn, and there were only two extra blankets we could find. Having laundry in the condo is super convenient and the trash chute is right down the hall. The large windows for the corner unit made for a beautiful view and there are lots of carts for carrying luggage and groceries. The check in process needs to be reviewed because our room wasn’t ready until 4:30p which is also the time the front desk closes their register so when we arrived to purchase parking passes, we were told to return the next day. That in itself was okay but later we learned we didn’t have a code to access the beach walkway or fitness center until the parking pass was purchased—so that was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a great stay and we truly enjoyed the condo and would likely stay again.

The extra appliance of an ice maker was perfect. My grandkids loved the indoor pool and spas. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

WE absolutely loved this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed! There was plenty of room, the view was amazing and the kids loved the tennis court. The owner was terrific to work with! We spent everyday at the beach, the pool and hot tubs. We love going to the Hangout, Pappa Raccos and FloraBama. We also utilized Sandcastle University which was a great activity for all of to learn how to build some pretty awesome sandcastles. Thank you for all of the great memories!

We absolutely loved our week at the beach. We had two families in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The indoor pool was a huge bonus for our little boys as the weather didn't always cooperate. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location of this Phoenix complex! Check in was easy and there were lots of carts to bring all of your groceries to the unit! beds were very Noisy but not unbearable the kitchen was missing a couple spatulas so I just bought a couple cheap ones and left them! other than that the amenities of this complex are amazing the indoor pool was awesome! nice and warm! I would definitely stay here again however I think I’d choose a unit on the east corner instead of the west! Can’t wait to come back to the Phoenix Gulf Shores! Thanks for having us!

Great condo for family of 10. Beautiful oceanfront view from spacious balcony.. Property Manager outstanding response to any concerns! I will suggest an upgrade in bedding and mattresses. When staying for 7 days, comfortable bedding is a must. Needs improvement in that area.
