Host was very kind and responsive, he even gladly helped us with the car rent. Location is great, just few minutes from the several beaches where you can find different activities. But if you want to explore Olbia you will probably need a car. Pool was perfect and clean, we really enjoyed the outside.

We have a bit of problem with trash, because the bins were really tiny, but I think it is more a local problem that the owners. (all the houses in Olbia have small bins, it was just difficult for us to fit all the trash in, because we were a group of 12). The only thing that we actually disliked was the microwave - it would be perfect if it was cleaned and ready to use.

House was nice. Great size, 3 big bedrooms + living room with kitchen. Positioned on the road side. Very close to a beach, parking is available (even if it says no parking in description). Pool is nice and beautifull but because of its sharp stone surface not appropriate for children playing to long in it.

As appartement was clean, surroundings and terrace was not the same. As it was not fully prepared for us. Broken umbrella, not functional outside shower... For vacation house some thing are still missing like glasses were only small, no glasses for long drinks and vine. No soup spoon. No cushions for hard wooden terrace chairs. For this price range i would also expect linen, towels and kitchen cloths but at least 1 role of toilete paper be ready for guests.
