Nestled in Tauranga, this charming condo for $131 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy our hidden paradise, located in Tauriko, 8 minutes from Tauranga City Centre. This luxury accommodation is a Fully Air Conditioned, bright apartment attached to our house, offering a Swimming Pool, SPA and a sunny deck with BBQ. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have recently renovated the apartment to a high standard. Wander around the large garden and enjoy the garden vista with native birds. We provide privacy and all necessary amenities, Free WIFI, chrome cast, Free parking. Suitable for up to four people. Private apartment set back from the road with parking directly outside the Apartment. Bed Configuration: Guest Bedroom: 2 x queen bed. If both queen beds are used by 2 persons an additional laundry fee of $25 applies. Key Features: Full kitchen facilities including combined Oven/Microwave, ceramic cooktop, full sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, lounge & dining area, storage cupboards, laptop friendly workspace, free wifi TV (freeview + chrome cast), bathroom with toilet and front loader washing machine, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, lockbox key access, wardrobe & hangers, swimming pool + hot tub, BBQ. Others including my family and/or friends may use the Outdoor Pool in Summer months, unless the guests specifically request a time for exclusive use. The apartment is located in Tauriko, which is a 5 minute drive to shopping centres, tourist spots or nightlife. This location will provide peace and tranquility. I consider it a great location, but please don't expect to walk to the exciting places from my front door. You can see the location on the map before you book, and you can use street view to wander down the streets to see how awesome the neighborhood is. Property Security Security cameras are installed at exterior locations on the property. Covid 19 We only accept bookings from Guests who are over 25 years of age unless there’re families with children or teenagers. If you are experiencing COVID like symptoms please confirm a negative test. If you are awaiting test results please do not enter property. If any visitors to property please ensure you have requested that they may access the property and that they have complied with all previously stated conditions of entry. We wanted to see Hobbiton and do some hiking. Gary’s place is excellent - you will need a car, but it is close to everything in the area. Lots of light and a view from every room. Thanks for the tip re. the quarry hike. Make sure you hike around Mount Maunganui then feast at Dixie Browns - fish and chips, ribs, lamb shank, banana chocolate shake all were great!

Very tidy and clean property, The guest house is very private and well resourced. it was very central to all parts of Tauranga. Really good place to stay. We toughly enjoyed out visit. Gary was an awesome and easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable and relaxed with his easy going and helpful attitude.

If you’re wanting to be in the Tauranga area and looking for a quieter place surrounded by nature, look no further. Gary has you covered! Not only is this a great location, but Gary is also extremely friendly, available, and outgoing. When I let him know I was going to propose during my stay, he went out of his way to get my partner and I a small gift to celebrate. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance - you won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the pool was amazing! The host was easy to communicate with, just had an issue with not receiving the lockbox key code but that might be an error at the website’s end of things. We hope to bet back there soon.

Gary's apartment is in a suburban location which we loved! It was quiet, very clean, spacious and calming place. The outdoor living with pool and spa was incredible. Our children absolutely loved it. We were made to feel extremely welcome. The whole place made us feel at ease. The hosts were very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. We would definitely stay again!
