I liked the outdoor space

I don`t expect disposable tableware in a nice hotel

Everything about the hotel is amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff was great! Free breakfast and evening snacks were really good features and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, they have on-site BBQ rentals for gatherings! The wi-fi is great because you can use either individual room wi-fi, or use hotel wide. On site grab 'n go snacks and 2 restaurants nearby in the same parking lot! Mall of America is only a 2 minute walk away, and IKEA is a 10 minute walk away. They do have 2 LRT stations nearby; 30th St. Station is a 5 minute walk, as is Mall of America's station if you're looking to explore downtown Minneapolis.

The only issue is the airplanes. MSP International is not far from the hotel, and one of the runways is located just over the highway, meaning you will hear a plane take off every 20-30 seconds. No need for an alarm clock!

Breakfast was good but the wait on the toaster was kind of a pain.

The pool was small and packed at the end of the night.

The rooms were clean, staff was nice also.

The rooms have a bad layout, and very squished. The AC in the room is either too hot or too cold I tried a few times to get it just right but it didn’t work. The mirroring streaming option didn’t work, tried a few different devices. The beds are way to small I paid for queen but it felt like a full, and very uncomfortable. The hallways make the hotel very cheap and need to be upgraded.

The room was clean, spacious and well arranged. The lobby / breakfast area was large, bright and airy with comfortable furniture. The kids loved the pool and so did I. It was a decent size and a good temperature. The breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. The patio was nice too, but the airplane noise didn't make you want to hang out. Overall it was a very pleasant, comfortable stay for my family getaway.

Everything was bright and clean. The air conditioning on each floor was amazing after coming in from a hot day. It was refreshing! Rooms were very comfortable, I especially loved the filtered water tap by the kitchenette sink. All amenities were provided. Breakfast was very good! I especially loved the ceramic mugs provided for coffee and the additional choices of soy and almond milk. The little cheese egg bites were so fluffy! My family also enjoyed the pool in the evening!

The planes flying overhead were really loud but it’s hard to help that when located next to an airport.

Hot tub needed cleaning, it had a greasy bottom and scum floating in water.

It although it was pretty close to the airport inside the building you couldn't even hear the airplanes and street noise from the mall streets were clean as well. Staff working Awesomensss!!! Best customer service. I happen to meet another family enjoying more than just the mall ... so it was super Kool! We've been to Mall of America before, but we added on to our family since the last trip so we decided to set up to go again. We will be back.

The staff is amazing, super helpful. The location is good, just across from MOA and the train/bus that will take you to the central or MSP airport.

The front desk gal spoke very softly and did not seem happy or helpful. The manager was awesome.

We loved the spacious comfortable lobby. The wonderful included breakfast was served there allowing plenty of table/bar seat choices for our family. Our junior suite room had a full kitchen, large bathroom and a sofa. There was a table that worked perfectly for games. We used the salt water pool daily for relaxation after trips to the Mall of the Americas!

Located across the street from the Mall of America, pool, fitness room, a room that could sleep a family of 5, complimentary breakfast and cold lemonade in the lobby.
