Lovely for two adults, nice and clean.everything you could need and only 3 minutes off the beach.

It was very clean, and It felt like home. There were all the necessary things in the kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful people Joy and John were. I felt like I had known them for years . It was a wonderful experience

The lovely room was overlooking a beautiful garden and only 4 minutes walk from the beach. Everything we needed was provided including some bread and milk to start with which was lovely :) The bed was very comfortable and the shower lovely and hot. For a long weekend break it was perfect.

The garden room is compact and very comfortable, set in a beautiful garden. The hosts, John and Joy, are extremely welcoming and friendly. Only to happy to supply information on local activities and eateries. A very quiet location. Within 5 mins walk to the beach, with cafes at either end of the beach, supplying quality food and service.

Perfect location only 5 minutes walk from the Beach. The owners were absolutely lovely and were super helpful with recommendations of where to eat locally and public transport options. The accomodation is quite private as its a self contained apartment in their garden.
The bed is a super king and very comfortable.

The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the milk, butter and jam in the fridge, and coffee and tea was a welcome touch. The decor is very pleasant and the location was ideal in a lovely very quiet residential area which is a stroll away from the shops and cafes etc, and buses into Chichester, It was also an easy walk to the beach. Parking is in the quiet road in front of the house.
The only things we would have liked were some hooks to hang coats and a shelf to be able to leave out our toiletries in the bathroom, Having said that, these are very minor and we highly recommend this accommodation and hope it will be available to stay when next we are in this area.

convenient location for meeting friends from Yorkshire, cleanliness, comfortable bed but would prefer a smaller one as so little space either side
Fridge had problem with door not shutting very well as iced up so som e food spoilt.

The hosts are welcoming and on hand with help and directions when required. The Garden room is very comfortable and had everything that you need for a self catering holiday.
It was an inconvenience that the fridge had broken and a new fridge was being delivered the next day. However they kept any food that i had taken in their fridge for me. A lovely new fridge now in situ.

The property was in a great location, and very close to the pebble beach. The property was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with afew little extras, such as biscuits and bread and butter. The owners were very welcoming, we had a great 2 night stay and would return.

Everything was quite small except for the bed. Outside space for personal use was small. In particular, the sink in the shower room/toilet was annoyingly tiny, especially for cleaning teeth, shaving, splashing some water on your face.

I liked the proximity to the Beach. The property was clean and comfy bed with all essentials provided. Friendly host made me feel very welcoming.

Very clean and well presented accommodation. Great location - two minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes from shops, pubs and cafes in East Wittering. Very easy to get to to by public transport - train to Chichester; 52/53 bus (opposite station) to East Wittering; 3 minute walk from bus stop to accommodation.

Lovely little space in quiet location within walking distance to the coast. Nice walking around and good food in pubs. Had a lovely time. Good communication with host.
It took us a while to work out the shower.

The Garden Room is ideal for a peaceful break in a beautiful location. The sea is a couple of minutes walk away and the shops about 5 minutes.. The accommodation is spotless, the bed is extremely comfy. The owners' little dogs are very sweet. You are left to your own devices but they are also there for any help. It's perfect for a short break to recharge batteries. Recommended.
