location, apartment size and amenities

the apartment was not properly clean, especially under the bed the dust was not removed

The view was better than in the photos. Location is great. Nice balcony. There was a guest toilet in addition to the one in the bedroom which was convenient. The kitchen had all amenities.

A bit pricey considering the city. Also we were a family of 4 and so needed to use an additional bed. The sofa bed had no sheets and wasn't clean enough. The toilet had mold in it. Absolutely no service and we are expected to remove the garbage ourselves. There were no soaps or shampoos provided and just one hand soap in one bathroom. We expect better service for this price. Since we had to transfer directly and not through booking.cim we couldn't use our credit which sadly also got expired just before the trip.
