Large double storey house with 4 Bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms & a powder room. An enticing alfresco upstairs balcony set the scene for family gatherings and tranquil relaxation. Two 7KW Split System air con/heating systems (downstairs/upstairs). Large (upstairs) Master Bedroom with ensuite (double basins), large 65inch smart TV Free WiFi Three huge 65inch flat screen smart TV's. XBox console in downstairs children retreat room (65inch TV) UHD 4K Netflix subscription Games room (Garage) with Table Tennis table and couch. Coffee machine with pods Sandwich press BBQ Porta Cot & highchair available for your use --- LINEN: * Full linen is provided including bath towels.  * Hand towels and face washers are provided for all bathrooms. * Doonas & pillows & blankets are provided.    * Linen for porta-cot is not supplied. * Tea Towels are provided. ---- The house bedding configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom (Upstairs): One Queen bed with ensuite bathroom) Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed  Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed   Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two Tri bunks (each bunk bed has one double bottom and one single top). ---- STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc. Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation. Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE. ----- PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog). * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin. * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am. HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system. ----- ATTRACTIONS IN PHILLIP ISLAND Penguin Parade, Chocolate Factory, Wineries, Galleries, Amazing Things, Nature Park & Walks, Waterfront Dining, Boutique Shopping, Fishing Charters, Markets, Pelican Feeding at San Remo (Daily) 12noon, Surf & Swimming Beaches Galore, Spa & Beauty, Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Go Karts, Skate park, Dinner cruises, Indoor play centre, Huge sand dunes, kids and some adults love it (bring your boogie board with a hard bottom), Bike tracks all over the island

A little out from Cowes (more Shoalhaven) but an easy 5min drive into town. Clean, spacious, nice touches like the outdoor spa and table tennis table. Great for teens……would recommend!!

It was a nice house to stay in however for the premium++ price we paid, more attention should have been given to the place. Outside area was littered with burst water balloons from the last renters which was really dangerous for our dog and some of the kids sheets were stained. Some inside lights did not work and the response from the manager was unsatisfactory, and the kitchen is not equiped to cater for the potential 12 people the website says could stay there. The location is ok however it’s 20mins walk to Cowes beach. The Photos on the website make this place look much bigger than it is.

A stunning house that was extremely clean and well furnished. The spa was the highlight off our stay. Such a great location with plenty of activities to do around the area. Absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to plan again to go back.

A 5 day getaway to Cowes was something we all looked forward to. The house was magnificent in all aspects: Clean and neat with all the modern day comforts.
