Love the setup, living room, dining room, kitchen in the middle and a nice size bedroom and bath on each end. Covered back porch with rockers overlooking the stream was so wonderful and relaxing. Great yard for pets. If you're looking for a nice comfortable vacation spot THIS IS IT! Host was very quick to respond to any questions

We came up for just the weekend and were amazed at how quickly we could shift into relax mode! All the little touches from the hot cocoa on the counter to the Christmas decorations were lovely!

We celebrated our engagement and it couldn’t have been more perfect!

We loved the property. It was perfect. Clean, cozy, and close to town. We especially loved the hot tub overlooking the serene backyard and the train right behind the property! So cool!

Our second stay at Creekside Too was just as wonderful as the first. The cabin is very clean and well appointed for guests. The only disruption to the babbling of the creek is the occasional blast of the train whistle as it passes by. Rather than being intrusive, it is a charming part of the entire experience that is Creekside Too.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend get away. The creek is so calming. I agree with other reviewers that the photos don’t do it justice. Don’t keep scrolling, book this one now :). Close to grocery shopping and downtown Bryson City.

My husband and I enjoyed spending 4 days in this wonderful cabin. It was everything we were hoping for- conveniently located, the hot tub was relaxing at the end of a long day of adventure or shopping and the back porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. But the icing on the cake was the creek!!! It brought me straight back to my childhood - I immediately went wading upon arrival. The sounds of the rushing water soothed all of our cares away!! We hope to be back again very soon!!

Ya'll the pictures and descriptions do not do the creek justice. You step out on the rocking chair (bring your own cushions if you want them) back porch and you are transported to a different world. Green everywhere with a large creek that produces amazing sounds and relaxation. We spent hours upon hours out on the deck with our mutt watching and listening to the creek. Beds were comfortable with a nice stocked kitchen. House was 98% clean, but the huge webs hanging from the ceilings were worrisome. The house is in a great location with regards to tourist stops. The train actually comes by the house a couple times a day!! We had a blast showing our fellow train mates our house as we rode by. We have already recommended the house to several folks and we will be back.

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean. We had our Lab/Pit with us and she had plenty of yard to explore. The creek running behind the house makes sitting on the porch very relaxing. The porch has a gate so she couldn’t go to the creek unless we let her out (also good for small children). The location is close to Bryson City but secluded enough so that it is peaceful. We ate almost every meal in Bryson City because they have several dog friendly restaurants with covered patios. This will be my go to cabin.

This property is an absolute joy to stay at. It is perfect distance from the town and to many other spots. This is the second time we have stayed here and will continue to return, its the perfect spot to just get away and relax. Tina always responds quickly and keeps the place immaculate. We highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay here! Cozy cabin and we all loved playing in the river behind the house. It was a great surprise to have the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad go by right behind it! Close to town yet still secluded.

This was a beautiful little hide away. We were in the area to visit the Great Smokey National Park. It offered easy access to the main visitor area in the south as well as convenient access to a grocery and a few cute tasty restaurants. The property was very clean and and up to date. Loved the rocking chairs and hot tub on the back porch overlooking the river. Kitchen was stocked with all the pans and plates needed. Property owner was always quick to answer questions and provide help.

We wanted a meeting spot, with outdoor activities, for a visit with our son and 2 grands. .Creek Side Too was perfect: clean, cozy, great porch with hot tub overlooking the rushing creek . House and just provided lots of info about area activities. Wonderful!!

We love the mountains of North Carolina and now have a new favorite place to stay. Creekside Too was a great cabin that met all of our needs and allowed us to explore Bryson City and the surrounding area. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed spending time on the porch and listening to the river. We hope to be back in the future.

A really nice experience. The cabin is really clean. A lot of pine used in the home. Very well equipped. Didn't really need anything - had all necessities.
The hot tub was really fun and needed after hiking!
The creek runs right behind the property and would really be fun in the summer. Not so much in 20 degree weather.
We would stay again - a wonderful long weekend.

First let me start off that this place was beautiful! A Simple design with simple access to amenities And simple trips to a ton of things to do.
The layout is a nice design. the bedrooms are opposite of each other which is nice for people that sleep different schedules. The river in the back has a great sound and is very relaxing to sit and listen to.
PROS:
View of creek
Jacuzzi
Location with respect to town
Nice neighbors (met the neighbors and their dog.)
Quietness from high traffic roads
Just right size cabin.
CONS:
Garbage service. Once you fill the can you have to travel to town to dispose of it.
Internet is useless. (Appears to be a limited data plan.) all data was used when we got there. There was bonus data after like 3am. LOL Even still not enough to stream a movie, or listen to music.
Cleaning supplies are very limited. ( I like to leave a place as clean as I found it. ) Some more dish towels and maybe a small bottle of an all purpose cleaner would be nice.
That's about it. It was well work the money, was clean, smelled nice, was quiet, was everything we needed for a getaway.
Oh, I found this amuzing. Reading through the guestbook someone had mentioned the can opener was not up to par. Well, we went to open a can of veggies and the can opener would not work. ROFL!!! I am sure this was replaced from the time the original post was made so we all laughed when it happened to us! Anyway, I would definitely consider staying here next year when we come back!

Unable to stay due to a winter storm causing busted pipes and power outage. Owners were very apologetic and refunded our money. Before I could submit this review I had to rate the cleanliness of property and the check-in status which I have no clue about due to our not being able to stay there.

Everything was great, except the weather, which made this location even more perfect. The cabin was right on the river so even though it was rainy while we were there we could still enjoy ourselves. We came for our daughters 4th birthday and to ride on the Polar Express. My daughter loved being on the porch and seeing the water and my wife loved the wood smell of the cabin. The Polar Express was a straight shot down 1 road just a few minutes away which was perfect! My wife has already said we are coming back in the spring and fall 🤣. Tina was easy to work with and was ready for our arrival, even with us being earlier than expected! Can't wait to come back again!

This place is a gem! My family enjoyed our stay so much! The creek is beautiful, the hot tub is great, and everything was clean and cozy! It was nice being secluded, but so close to everything at the same time.

My family and I were looking for a cozy place near Bryson City as we were coming up to go on the GSMR Polar Express excursion. This cabin checked all the boxes for us. The cabin was clean and cozy and very close to town. The hot tub was fantastic and creek in the back of the cabin led to hours of entertainment for the kids and the dogs. With that being said, not many cabins welcomed dogs but this owner welcomed them with doggy towels and everything. This cabin will definitely be on our list of “rent again” places!!
