The community pool is heated and there is also a hot tub! This is a very nice gated complex close to Loop 101 at Indian School Rd on the West side of Phoenix. Only 3 miles from the Dodgers and White Sox Spring Training facility. Also, only 3 miles from Westgate shopping center and the Cardinals Stadium! Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from including the Tanger Outlet Mall! Both bedrooms have King size beds and there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.
