WEBCAM Disclosure: We have experienced an increase in uninvited and unapproved pets brought onto the property as well as neighbor complaints. As a result of this we have installed a security camera at the garage location (viewing hard surface area only) and a doorbell cam at the front door. This has been done to protect the tenant as well as owners and management. The Garage is not a designated sleeping area and therefore not considered a common area. The security cameras are in plain sight and no security cameras are inside the home whatsoever. There are a few old security cameras from the previous owner that are still in place. Those cameras are non functioning and are for appearance and deterrent only. IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: • This home will NOT have a hot tub after Dec 17th 2022, availability of this amenity will not be guaranteed for new reservations made after 7-27-2022. No credit can be provided if the Hot Tub is unavailable • Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday. • Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. • These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival.
