Situated in Nags Head, this lovely house for $376 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to "Good Tidings". We are thrilled to have you as our guests for your vacation to Nags Head. ***With miles and miles of beach, attractions and great restaurants the Outer Banks is a great place to unwind, relax and simply enjoy*** NEW FOR 2024 Lazy Boy Living Room Set. 2 recliners and a full-size reclining couch. ***House Highlights*** Newer, Clean, Fun & Beachy. You are able to pull directly under the covered carport for easy loading/unloading in any kind of weather. BEACH ACCESS is located down our street. YOU CAN SEE BEACH ACCESS FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE = 2-3 MINUTE WALK TO BEACH. Home is situated in the Heart of Nags Head. Close to everything. House is on a corner lot that borders a dead-end street. Great for kids! The side streets located in our neighborhood are great for walking/biking. Guests love gathering on the covered front porch and enjoy chilling on the cool cement area underneath the house. Taking a short walk to get ice cream is one of our guest's favorite things to do. Our cleaning company has instituted additional safety measures. In addition to our usual cleaning between guests, we are using an EPA-approved disinfectant to wipe down all high touch areas. ***We will NOT be providing linens/towels with your rental.*** We have lowered our cleaning fee accordingly. There will be mattress pads, pillows with protectors and comforters available for use. You are welcome to bring your own sheets/towels or please contact either of these two companies for sheet/towel rentals. On the Main Level you will find an open concept kitchen/dining area with a comfortable living room (55" Smart TV) to enjoy quality time with your guests. ***NEW FOR 2024 COMFORTABLE MATCHING LAZY BOY LIVING ROOM SET. 2 RECLINERS AND A RECLINING COUCH.*** This level also hosts the master bedroom (2023 Sterns and Foster Luxury King Mattress) with its own 40" Smart TV, full bathroom and walk in closet. The master bath has double sinks and a tile walk in shower. There is also laundry and a half bath located just beyond the kitchen area. The 2nd Level hosts 2 additional bedrooms connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and twin-size bunkbeds. The other bedroom has a queen size bed (2023 Sterns and Foster Luxury Queen Mattress) with a 32" Smart TV. In addition to Central Air/Heat we also have ceiling fans located in every room. For your convenience there is another half bath located next to the dry entry (ground level of the home). ***AFTER A DAY AT THE BEACH COOL DOWN IN THE SHADE*** The covered front porch is a great space to hang out no matter what time of the day it is. There is a cement area underneath the whole house for gathering and relaxing along with a nice private outdoor shower. Super convenient for rinsing off after those trips to the beach. *The Location* Located on the Oceanside of the highway near Milepost 11. Direct beach access is just down our street. It is a great neighborhood for walking/biking. When through at the beach you can walk to some pretty great places. Hop right over to The Spot known for their ice cream and acai bowls. A short walk to Dowdy Park = BEST PLAYGROUND ON THE OUTER BANKS. Includes an amphitheater, restrooms, fitness trail, basketball/pickleball courts, bocce area and a playground for kids. In season it offers free Yoga Tuesday mornings, free Tai Chi Wednesday mornings, free concerts Wednesday eves, and a Farmers Market from on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. The Morning View & Waverider's are great places to grab your morning coffee. The Food Lion Grocery Store is just a short walk from the house. There are also some great restaurants, shops and art galleries nearby. Looking to do some Pier Fishing? Take the bike path to the Nags Head Pier for great fishing or a meal overlooking the ocean.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with family. Ariana was awesome with communicating instructions, checking in and recommending places to visit and dine at. The property was very clean and the location was top notch. We were able to walk to the beach and there is a lot to do in the area. Will definitely be visiting again.

This house was AMAZING including the property owner (Ariana). She was extremely informative and was extremely quick in responses when needed. She also emailed a list of AWESOME recommendations of things to do, places to see, and where to eat. We could not ask for a better person to help us on a much needed break from school and work.

Our family came for an off-season stay & despite’s the weather being more cloudy than is ideal we didn’t run out of things to do. The distance to the beach is fair & has parking. We referred to the host’s detailed email prior to arriving to get some good eats, do some fun things around town & walked to get some good ice cream our last night. We will be back!!

The house was amazing. Ariana was an incredible host, offering recommendations and tips for the area (which we used quite a bit) as well as being extremely communicative during our stay whenever we had questions.
The location is a couple blocks from the beach and within a 10 min drive of so many great restaurants and things to do.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time recently in Nags Head, where we stayed in this beautiful and comfortable home. We had a great stay!! Beach house was spotless, very well maintained, and just a short walk to the beach. The open floor plan (kitchen/living room area) provided the perfect place for our family to cook, eat, watch tv, and play games together. Host was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and even provided us with a detailed list of things to do, places to visit, and best restaurants in the area. We will definitely be staying here again!

Starting months before we checked in to check out day, the host Ariana communicated everything (plus more) clearly and even gave great recommendations. House was clean, updated, nicely located to walk to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and recreations! Do not hesitate booking this great property! Will be back!

The cottage was perfect! It was clean, had every thing you would need and is located a short walk too a public beach access! Communication with Ariana was great! She was responsive and provided resources and information that was very helpful💗 We will definitely stay again👍

The house is in a great location! About a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The house is in excellent condition. Extremely clean and plenty of bathrooms which was a priority for us! Great little ice cream/coffee/breakfast spot that’s about a minute or two walk. Excellent communication with property manager. Highly recommend!!

We had wonderful long weekend in Nags Head. The house was very clean and well kept. Great location and close to lots of stuff. Perfect for us because we had a fishing trip booked out of Pirates Cove which was only 10 mins away (pretty important for 6AM trip!!). The check in process was easy and communication was top notch. The only thing that kept it at 4 stars instead of 5 stars was having to rent sheets and towels although that process was super simple also!

Ariana is an amazing host! She made it super easy to communicate with her, she was through and timely with her responses to requests and questions. Also, she has an authentic and genuine personality that she truly cares. This was the first time our family used a vacation rental and the first impression was OUTSTANDING! It was very clean & spacious, it had all of the amenities that were needed. Close to beach, shopping, grocery stores, and activities and attractions!
We will definitely go again, stay again and we give this host and the property a 5 star review!

What a treat! The location was great, house was spacious, plently of beds, very comfortable and homey. Ariana was a fantastic host. Husband and (2) teen daughters came to check out OBX for the first time. House was clean and functioned perfectly for us. We walked to the coffee shop each morning before heading to the beach for our morning walk. Grocery store was 2 blocks away. Smoothly place next door. Beach was a quick 2 block walk. Communication was great.

I'm a neat freak and I've got to say this home was so clean and updated. Walkable distance to the beach, restaurants and park. What more could you want! Ariana was great at communicating check in/out information and provided a list of things to do and had suggestions on great places to eat! We had the best girls weekend! Thank you Ariana! We loved staying here! We stayed in October which is off season but still plenty to do near the house. A great location, short walk to the beach. The house was immaculate. Updated and spacious. The kids loves the bunk beds!
I do wish linens and towels were provided. But I’m sure the service they provide that’s local would be good to use, we just didn’t. In hindsight we would’ve. After traveling, making beds is the last thing you feel like doing. If you do bring your own towels, bring every kind including a bath mat and dish towels. We forgot that and focused more on bath towels. The host Ariana is fabulous. She provides detailed, timely information and is extremely communicative. I can’t wait to stay here again and hopefully during beach season as I’m sure it’s even more fantastic!

We had a great time! The owner Ariana was super communicative and sent us a long list of hot spots to check out (which we did). The porch was great, the kitchen had lots of counter space, the master bath was fantastic, and it was all-around comfortable and clean. The house itself is very well situated, a stone's throw from an ice cream shop and a short walk to the beach. We couldn't ask for more!
