The place was very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated in classic charming Vermont style. Great for families. It has everything one needs to have a great getaway. The hosts even left us a little gift basket which was so sweet . Convenient to downtown Wilmington and amazing restaurants nearby!

We are so grateful to have found this property when planning a long weekend with family. The house was warm and cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We did have an issue with water, but the owner was very responsive and helped to troubleshoot and set things right as best they could.

Had a great time up in Vermont for my daughter's 30th birthday get away skied a couple days of Mount Snow. Ellen was a nice host didn't really have to communicate too much everything was in place and we had a great time. Careful on the driveway and iced up one night and we were sliding down to the road luckily Ellen had snow melt buckets on the porch.

Ellen was wonderful to deal with, kind courteous and prompt. The property was very clean and exactly as described. Comfortable and well equipped, we truly enjoyed our time here!

We were looking for a cozy place with a "cabin" feel but all the comforts of home for a ski trip. Ellen's place was clean, comfortable, had all the needed ameneties, felt very private and quiet, but was also easily accessible to town and mountain. Furthermore, Ellen was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. We'd love to come back again.

This home exceeded our expectations. Perfect layout, comfortable in every way and close to the wonderful town of Wilmington. Communication with the owners was top notch. Highly recommend this property!

The house was immaculate and Ellen was super easy to work with. The beds were also super comfy. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and well located cabin. It is easy to relax when everything is exactly as it should be. Comfortable beds and bedding, plentiful towels, fully stocked kitchen and very spacious and comfortable sitting area. We especially enjoyed the deck with the grill and gas fire pit (there were many burgers and smores made) and also the convenience of having an outdoor shower. Lake Raponda is beautiful and both the association dock and town beach were very easily accessible. We also went rafting with Zoar Outdoor which was a huge hit with the whole family and only 40 minutes drive away and also enjoyed a day trip to Mass MOCA. Ellen was a fantastic host and responded quickly to any questions and did her best to be helpful. The reliable WIFI was great for when we were relaxing. The town had good grocery and restaurant options for our family. It was our first visit to this area and we loved the breathtaking green views all around.
