Incredible location at a very fair price - all of Tel Aviv's best attractions are just a stone's throw away! Pavel was very friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back!

We couldn't have been more satisfied. Apartment matches pics precisely. Convenient, clean, well appointed, reasonably priced, and ideally located. Air conditioning is quiet and solid as a rock: i.e. if you set it to 23 degrees, it MAINTAINS 23 degrees! Vick was utterly professional: affable, conscientious, and detail-focused. Communication was on-point from the moment we booked. Pieter visited us at the property to ensure that we were comfortable, content + to reassure us that any/all issues would be dealt with ASAP. Honestly, just exemplary, customer-driven stuff. I've paid ten times the price for far, far less at branded hotels. We're about to re-book the property for Pride '23, without any hesitation whatsoever.

For the price-point and given the alternatives, absolutely nothing.

Location is good but the street is all in construction, hard to arrive, lots of noise and dust.

The apartment wasn't checked before the arrival, there was no toilet paper, no lights in the bathroom and the shower broke in the first day... The fixings took 2 days to be done. In the checkout the cleaner was super rude, putting us out even 10 min before the proper time! In any place in the world there is a small tolerance between the check out time and cleaning time! Absurd! The elevator doesn't really help cause it stops in the middle of the floor, so anyway there are lots of stairs for those ones that have low mobility.

Terrific location easy to walk to transit, the beach, restaurants and basic convenience store. Light and comfortable place. Safe to walk around neighborhood. Host quick to respond. Easy check in-out.
