Situated in North Eastham, this attractive house for $856 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *Cancellation policy at end of property description.* A truly spectacular home with water views from the deck and in most of the rooms, stairs to beach are three houses down. Witness the awesome sunsets over the bay, stroll the tidal pools, hear the waves, smell the salt air and feel the breezes. The water is warm and perfect for young children. During low tide, you can walk across the flats, alongside minnow-filled tidal pools, skittering hermit crabs, and bubbles from clams breathing underfoot. Carry your glass of wine to your own private beach deck or beach in the evening to enjoy one of the world's most spectacular sunsets. In addition to beautiful views, your private deck includes table and chairs, and gas grill. Just bring your bathing suit, sheets and towels and you are ready for a relaxing vacation. This wonderful new 3BR/2BA custom built home is a perfect place for your family vacation. Central Air throughout to make your stay comfy, comfortable living furnishings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that will fulfill all of your cooking needs. $500 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package weekly rate for 6 available upon request for an additional cost of $207.00. Cancellation Policy: If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect: In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience. Most neighboring properties had their own stairways to the beach, which would have been much more convenient. Renters should be aware of two features of the home that came as a surprise. The washer and dryer were inconveniently located in the garage, with no internal access. Must walk outside and down stairs to driveway and enter thru main garage door. The bathroom arrangement was not disclosed either. There is no master bedroom en suite, just a common upstairs bathroom for all three bedrooms. There is a second shower, but it is located in the first floor powder room.

We loved going to bed at night with the sound of the waves and the ocean breezes and then waking up to the beautiful views of the bay. Loved the spacious bedrooms and the updated kitchen with all the necessities you could possibly need. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach everyday. What a wonderful location!! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation rental. Will definitelyBe back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was perfect and the view of the ocean couldn't be beat. Plus there is easy access to the beach so we spent most of our time down by the water. The only thing (and it was a small thing) we couldn't get the umbrella for the picnic table to work right so we gave up on that early in the week. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back again, the house and the location are fantastic.
