Situated in Tauranga, this attractive condo for $124 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We are situated in a lovely rural setting only minutes from town. Lots of beautiful trees adorned with many native birds adding to the ambience. On arrival you drive straight up a tree lined driveway to your private stand alone studio. You have private access to come and go as you please with parking directly in front. We offer comfortable, clean, modern accommodation that provides all the luxuries of a home away from home, with many special touches to surprise and delight our guests. From the time you arrive to the time you leave we want our guests to have the most memorable stay and the yearning to return for more. Inside you will find modern interiors in a spacious studio set up with brand new modern appliances and all the luxuries one would want when away from home, from a new coffee machine to the soft spa sized towels and robe in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook with a full sized fridge/freezer. Alternatively we can certainly recommend some great restaurants, cafes or takeaways within a 2 minute drive. Relax on the leather sofa while watching Netflix on our 55" smart tv or make use of the unlimited internet and get a bit of work done (we have an office chair available for added comfort). The queen size bed is made ready for your arrival with clean quality linen. In the bathroom are extra large spa sized bath towels, soaps & toiletries plus a soft bathrobe to enjoy after a shower. The studio has air conditioning which will keep an ambient temperature regardless of summer or winter conditions. At the rear of the studio you can enjoy your very own private sunny courtyard (we are currently making improvements to this area with screening, gardens and furniture to relax). Our guests are welcome to use the saltwater pool available during summer months. This has just had a complete refurbishment and is looking rather tropical and inviting. We do not provide breakfast but can arrange this upon request with an extra charge. We often have guests staying who are celebrating special occasions so if you would like anything extra set up for your stay please feel free to ask. Maybe chocolates, wine, flowers etc. We are a 5 min drive from the Crossing Shopping Centre, 10 minutes to Tauranga Golf Course and Tauranga Racecourse, 25 minutes to Mount Maunganui Beach and Bayfair shopping centre, 25 minutes to Omanu Golf Club, 15 minutes to Tauranga water front for dining options, 25 minutes to Tauranga airport, 15 minutes to McClaren Falls. If you are looking at wedding venues we are a short drive to The Orchard, Ataahua Garden Venue and Phoenix Valley. With many more amazing venues around Tauranga. Uber and Taxi services will pickup/drop off from our gateway. We are right on the doorstep, so to speak, of the Oropi bike track. Bike from our house 100 meters up the road to the entry where you'll find lots of different tracks for different abilities. The Tect park is 18 minutes drive away also offering a variety of outdoor sports. Other fantastic activities we can recommend in our local area are Oropi hot pools, Go Karts, Baywave Wave pool & Hydro Slide, Laser tag and paintball, Blo Karts, Indoor Rock Climbing, Event Cinema, Mini Golf, Indoor Bouncy Castles, Drift Trikes, Escape Room, Mount Hot Pools, Ten pin bowling, Historic Village, Mount Maunganui Bush/Mountain walk, Papamoa Hills walk, Kewpie Cruise around Tauranga and surrounding harbour, Saturday Markets. We'll try our best to give you all the information you need. If travelling further afield we are only 35 minutes from Rotorua's mecca of tourist attractions and activities, 3 hour drive from Whakapapa ski field, 1 hour 45 to Taupo, 40 minute drive to Matamata if you're a Hobbiton fan, 3 hours to Auckland airport, 2 hours 30 minutes to Whitianga.

We are very grateful for Julie and Rick's hospitality during our stay. The welcome all the way up to the Goodbye made our stay overall satisfying. They were very considerate with the space we stayed in and tried to stay away but it was all Smiles and waves whenever we bumped into each other. Weather turned awful but we made the most of the long weekend! Accommodation was lovely, Pool was very relaxing. They had everything available from Shampoo/conditioner too use of dryer/ washing line. Felt very luxurious, hosts are lovely welcoming people. You can tell they really care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. My partner was quite happy just watching One piece on netflix haha 😂 It you end up in Tauranga for the weekend! This is a amazing place to stay. They let us add later check out and change around our check in time to fit our needs!! This beautiful place will be missed haha

This was our first stay at this property, and we would happily book to stay again. Situated in a very peaceful rural setting, the property was clean and well-maintained with a nice modern decor. The air conditioning was much appreciated during our stay, as we experienced some hot weather. The host's attention to detail was evident throughout.

A spectacular little country side stay, close to all the local sites. The house was wonderful decorated, and well suited to be a home base for excursions like hobbiton and the glow worm caves. On top of all that, the bed is extremely comfortable. Would stay there again.

From the moment we enquired to booking, staying and departing, our stay was great. Everything we needed and very cosy. Our flight was delayed so our arrival was early hours of the morning and when we arrived the heating was in with lights and very cosy. Would stay again definitely and recommend a stay. On the outskirts of town but still handy to most things including Mt Maunganui.

This is a beautiful place for a couple to get away for a few days. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she really made us feel welcome. The farm this is based on has a beautiful homestead. Even Budd the dog came to say hello. We will go back there again

We had the most wonderful stay here! We came for a very busy weekend, and it was lovely to be able to come "home" to relax during our down-time. The cabin was lovely, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, and warm at night. We also enjoyed bonus meetings with the dog & cat! If we get an opportunity, we'll be back to stay again.

We stayed 7 nights at Country Bliss B & B while attending the Aims games. We were very new to Tauranga and at times found the enormity of everything overwhelming. Escaping to the unit after a long day was the best part of our trip. It was quiet, stressfree, warm, clean and had comforts of your own home. The hosts were friendly and approachable, going the extra mile for the little things like toiletries and hot drink set up. More so than what youd get in a motel/hotel. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful clean studio! Very quiet and rural but close to everything in Tauranga. Suited us perfectly with family in Greerton. Yummy chocolates and avocados left for us an added bonus. Very tasteful decor with the tropical look.

Clean and private on a gated farm. Everything there that was needed including a friendly cat! (May have started a bad habit having him in to watch TV with us) hosts where friendly and discrete. 10/10 . Hope to come visit again
