we couldn't stay here. Left after 5 mins. Awful and not as represented. 2nd bath is in the cellar. Yard unkept and overgrown. Musty and smelly. Furniture with rips.

This home was quaint in a nice neighborhood. The layout of the home was unique, but for one couple and two singles, it worked fine. There was a washer and dryer which is always nice to have when travelling.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for a month in the summer of 2021. We loved the location - were able to bike almost anywhere we wanted to go (the city has great biking paths). We and our dogs enjoyed many hours in the beautiful backyard. The house itself is obviously older and in some ways, quite rustic. Lots of character. With three levels, there was plenty of space. We happened to be there during record heat and cooling the place was difficult, but Tyler hooked us up with an extra A/C that made all the difference. The kitchen is stocked with various pots, pans, dishes, and spices and we cooked meals there frequently. The only complaint I have is that the couch is lumpy and we found it rather uncomfortable. But all in all, we had a great time at Tyler's house and would stay there again.

We only stayed one night but it met all of our needs. The beds were comfortable. We were here when the weather was especially hot and the AC in the main bedroom didn’t really keep up very well. The basement bedroom was naturally cooler and the large fan that was provided there helped a great deal. It was nice that we could park off-street in the garage driveway and also nice that the back yard is fenced so our two pups could safely wander around. The location is a short drive to some good restaurants- highly recommend the Boxcar Bistro!

We were quite taken by the first impression of this place. It was unkept on the outside with trees and bushes growing over doors. The grass hadn’t been mowed for way too long. The key box fell apart when we opened it & my husband crawled into bushes to get key. Inside was dark and had fuzzy, furry outdated pillows and bedding. The bedding smelt of dog. We do not own a dog & didn’t appreciate the fact the third bedroom was in the basement dungeon area. Terrible steps to get down there. Would not recommend.

We loved our stay in this little house. The house is great! It was very clean and they had everything you need! It was very cozy and we felt like we were at home. Our kids had fun running around the yard while we relaxed outside. It was a little hot inside the house at first but the AC unit cooled it down pretty good! It’s super close to everything in town but away enough that it’s quiet. Definitely recommend staying here!

Overall very good. Clean, well-appointed and tons of character! Getting hit with big cleaning fees and service charges was a bummer though. Wish the owner responded when I inquired about these.

Perfect for small family get together
The house was just right for what we needed. We stayed home and visited, played games and put a puzzle together.

House was great. Three can bedrooms with full/B queen sized beds hard to sleep 2 girls/1 boy.
Great house close to all the great parts of Missoula. Setup more for 3 couples. Was very difficult to arrange 6 people from two unrelated households with teens of mixed genders present. I advise bringing your own pillows.

Charming House
The house is in a great location. Close to needed amenities. The interior of the house reminded me of a cabin in the woods. The house was clean and comfortable. The location for me is great due to family living only 3 blocks away. My family and I had no issues with the house and would stay here again.
