Just the location
They ruined our Christmas.
The property breached health and safety. It had severe damp in several rooms and It was very filthy. It breached health and safety on so many levels. The owners are also very deceitful and unscrupulous. They tried to steal our deposit until I pursued further.

spacious, neat, comfort.
shower didnt work the whole time we were there, just burning hot water and no way of lowering the heat.

Great size property well maintained and perfect location to pubs restaurants and local Sainsbury and Tesco all within walking distance.
Communication was good and all my questions dealt with the quickly.
Had a courtesy call the day of my stay which was nice and allowed for any last minute questions to be asked.
Parking can be an issue but I was lucky to find a spot a few houses up from the property but it’s a minor issue..
