- nice house, decorated by someone who cares and loves their own home - nice garden view - amount of birds, wildlife in the garden - fireplace - pigeon fanciers' pigeons flying around in circles

- texted man about passcode to get key on their mandatory app, did not get reply - parking space not available next to the house when plenty of jealous neighbours never move their cars from their house, the car is just an accessory at the front door, causing zero parking space for people who actually use cars - crazy neighbours fighting over parking spaces, an old man shouted at us on the night we arrived that we could not park outside when we were just unloading. - single lane, one way road crammed with houses and mad neighbours who are jealous, sad, selfish and competitive - the same cars fighting for the few spaces available - jealous people talking extremely loudly every morning at the same time every day first thing in the morning at 7am, outside the window to our bedroom, disrupting our sleep and peace - house crammed with too much furniture when there is only space for two people when they say they can take four - one bathroom - ventilation was not good. windows open to the main road where people are walking. after ventilating a bedroom that reeked of teenage deodorant for two weeks, the smell did not go away.

Location was ideal, very tranquil but within 5 minutes your in a historical beautiful town, plenty of areas to dine, drink and shop. Or even better to browse though and look at History of the area

The lounge area facilities need updating, although sturdy the cushions / seats need replacing. Bath was to small although a nice feature couldn't bathe / relax easily

The cottage is clean, modern and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Great location for visiting Hadrian’s Wall sites, as it’s within easy driving distance.

The parking situation was a bit disappointing—you can’t park outside the property, you have to leave the car in a turning area down the road that has a “no parking” sign. It wasn’t far away, but it would have been nice to have parking spaces signposted, so you don’t feel like you’re leaving your car in a “no parking” zone.

Very cosy, well appointed cottage. Pleasing quiet outdoor space. Enjoyed having full range of kitchen electrical white goods.

Location excellent for walking, transport links easy to access. Cosy cottage with a fantastic outside seating area. Luxurious bathroom and comfy bed.

Car parking while possible outside was really tight and on a narrow road.

the cottage was beautiful, lovely views out the back window and a lovely decking area to sit in and admire it. the cottage was very clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. We would totally recommend

The car parking was a lottery and when we arrived the next door neighbour (Victor Meldrew) came out to tell us we couldn’t park there as we unloaded our car… it took an hour to eventually get a space at the designated parking space due to it having 4 cars already parked in there!

Ifell on the decking as soon as i went in i went to explore fell flat on my back hurt my neck and got a large lump on my back as there was no outside lights and no warning saying it would be slippy it was black ice should of had a warning as i am really suffering now also it spoilt it for myself

The cottage was really cosy and warm. A lot of trouble had been taken to make it look inviting and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a lovely view from the terrace at the back; we were able to sit out one afternoon even though it was October.

I hadn’t noticed on the details that there was no shower, just a mixer on the taps, (although the bathroom was beautiful). It was a bit of a pain but certainly didn’t spoil our stay overall.

The cottage was very comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant outdoor space but too cold to use in October.

Parking was slightly difficult but not a problem.

The property was beautifully kept and decorated, it was kept warm for us on arrival and everything was so clean and comfortable. All the information we needed was provided prior to arrival and we felt at home straight away.

The address on the booking didn't lead us to the cottage itself so it was a bit harder to find and we did have some issues with the code to the lockbox not working (but this was resolved really quickly by the staff who were very kind about it)
