Nice concept, beautiful pools and great location.

Needs serious improvement. Cracks on the ceiling, patches on the spa tub stains in the shower,dirty carpets and the lights went out in our bathroom. You’ll figure for $2,000 for three nights you’ll get a beautiful state-of-the-art suite, this room leaves much to be desired. I guess you pay to in the middle of the action not for the actual room. All in all we had fun and it was a decent stay. Don’t except luxury out of this place.

The booking that was made was for a suite with an adjoining two queen room so that the whole group of four people could be together. It was a very specific booking and when checking in, despite the booking, the adjoining room to the suite was not provided with no explanation or work around to the problem.

So I have been planning my cousins bachelorette for 6 months. I understand it was a busy weekend but our room was not ready at check for over TWO HOURS. Which completely ruined all our dinner reservations and plans. I had a distraught bride and it through off the entire weekend. And then when finally in the room they took an hour to bring up luggage. Only offered us a 100$ credit. Didn’t believe my cousin was my cousin because she is Indian and I am white and wouldn’t let her check in even though her name was on the room which was very offensive. And we were told our room was ready early and they said no and there’s nothing they could do. Furthermore when we tried to use our credit for room service they messed up all the food and put a ton of mushrooms in the omelette Ns my other cousin is allergic to mushrooms so she could not eat it and when we called and told them they had to come a see the omelette to make sure we weren’t lying?! No one could give us a clear answer of what was going on for check in. And then when we FINALLY had our room ready they made us use the new app with digital keys and of course they didn’t work, so then we had to wait for security and show my ID to get into our connecting room we had waited three hours to get into. It was a nightmare. I’ve never been so stressed and disappointed checking in to a hote Room in my life. And to had paid 2k for two nights I expected way more. After planning for so long and making sure everything was right and perfect, it was a horrible start to our first vacation in over a year.
