Central location, good sized rooms, comfy beds, but needs a little attention to details

Hot water in showers, needed pumps really for the top shower.

Good Central accommodation for groups

Great size, rooms and beds were comfortable and good size communal areas and nice decor. Great accommodation for groups. Friendly customer services on the phone, really helpful. The location was also perfect as a short walk to a lot of central shops and restaurants. Friendly cleaning staff too!

There were ants, all a bit stale and just needed a bit of a deep clean instead of lighter daily cleaning. A few things needed a bit of TLC as not everything in full working order. The booking/pre check-in administration is really clunky and a bit excessive.

Natalie was very helpful on the phone. The house was massive, great value for money. Great location.

There was no toilet roll in the house and the beds weren't made when we go there.
