This unit showcases stunning ocean/sunrise views from the open concept living area with recessed lighting and spacious covered oceanfront deck. This property is located just a 10 minute walk south of the Boardwalk along a quiet street and a wide strand of beach. You're close enough not to drive but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The beautifully renovated kitchen boasts shaker-style cabinets, quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, new LG black stainless appliances, and a deep oversized sink/high-end faucet. Both the master and guest baths have been completely renovated, with custom hand-cut Italian subway tile, and 35" inch height vanities. The master bath features a multi jet shower. The entire property from wall, to floors, to ceiling has been upgraded with acoustical sound deadening insulation. Solid core cottage style interior doors add to the quiet and calm feel of this property. To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff makes the beds before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels that we provide. Pack lightly because you can wash clothes in the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Keeping it simple for our guests is our goal -- but remember your beach towels, beach chairs, and sunscreen. Beach chairs and umbrellas may also be rented by three companies who will deliver and setup in front of the building on the beach. OUR COMMITMENT is to provide our guests with a clean comfortable stay. Upon checkout our cleaning staff spends 3 hours deep cleaning in this COVID-19 era and preparing the property for the next guests. We have all experienced superficial cleaning at hotels and rental properties which appear clean on the surface but upon closer inspection you know its not as it appears. My personal goal is to have this property cleaned to a level that meets or exceeds your expectations. CORAL SURF Guests have private access to the pool and beach. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the direct access to the beach and the view from the balcony where you could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Just lovely and so relaxing. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, private, and exactly as described. The condo felt like a home away from home. And the washer and dryer was a plus! The owner was quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I don’t feel like I could ever describe how perfect this trip was. The condo is amazing, clean, quiet, and well equipped. The sunrises were stunning. The beach was never over crowded and my kids never wanted to leave. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the boardwalk. The fireworks were stunning. Every detail has been thought of and you will have a worry free trip here.

Richard's property was the perfect size and location for a quick getaway with my husband. The property was very close to lots of restaurants and shops and it was very easy to walk to the boardwalk area either on the beach or the road. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we loved sitting outside on the balcony watching the waves.

This property could not have been in a better location for us—close proximity to the boardwalk without being too close. Just a few steps from the beach, and the view from the balcony is amazing. I would suggest getting a new beach umbrella as the one there is broken.

I visited Carolina Beach this past weekend with my 6yo daughter and my parents. The condo was stunning upon arrival! Very clean and easy to access. The location was phenomenal and having the private beach access and oceanfront view were important to us. But the views of sunrise each morning and then the moon over the ocean at night…..breathtaking. This condo is perfect for a family trip, girls weekend or even an individual stay to refresh and rejuvenate through self care. I’m stumbling over words to say to help express how wonderful this weekend was for my family. I truly believe the first impression of the condo helped set the tone for our weekend. Happiness, joy and so many memories made. Thank you Mr Reichow for being a fabulous owner who takes pride in his properties and values the comfort of his guests. We will be back regularly!

Great, cozy condo with fantastic views! I booked the condo for a "girl's weekend" with a dear friend and we loved it! Very clean, nice floor plan and decor. Great location right on the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and small shops. Also, a quick ride to the aquarium and Kure Beach. I would book again!

We have stayed at all three Reichow properties over the last four years. They are all 5 out of 5 stars, especially when it comes to cleanliness and comfortability! However, this was our favorite condo out of the three. It was my husband, myself and our one and a half year old son. Key factors: The beds are so comfy, second floor condo so not too many stairs to haul a toddler up and down and a huge covered balcony! Also something to mention, I always love checking out the artwork in the condos! Rick's wife, sorry I can't remember her name, is responsible for most of the artwork and I feel like that's just a cherry on top! Thanks for another great stay Reichows!

Great location. We walked to the Carolina Boardwalk quite a few times. Being able to sit on the deck and view the ocean was so peaceful and relaxing. Cleanest rental we ever stayed in. Loved it.

Very nice and clean with so many thoughtful amenities! Just as it is pictured during our stay in July. Loved having the storage closet downstairs for chairs and beach umbrella. The kitchen has both a regular coffee pot and Keurig and tv is modern setup for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix etc. The HOA stopped by for the monthly spray of palmetto bugs so you can be assured this property is well taken care of! Perfect location just down the street in walking distance from boardwalk attractions but far enough away from crowds. We really enjoyed having the Veggie Wagon across the street for snacks, ice cream and beverages. The bridge to the beach is in excellent condition and the parking underneath is well lit at night. The building is situated in front of General Beauregard’s shipwreck which you can see the top of at low tide. Top notch accommodations and so relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very communicative and we had all of the information we needed. The unit has amazing views and is just steps away from the beach. We did not cook, but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want. Overall a 5 star stay!
