Close to Pointe West Beach Club! Sleeps 9! The Space: Vacation luxury at its finest will be yours at Villa Paradise, brought to you by Best of the West! This fabulous newly remodeled, 3 bedrooms 3 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor right by the dune walkover with a short walk to the beach and Pointe West Beach Club. A Brand New Elevator was installed in this building in February 2024. Offers king size bed in master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king-size bed in 2nd bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two bunk beds in 3rd bedroom with TV in all bedrooms. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed. You will enjoy the modern fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, bath and pool towels provided, and all beds are dressed for your party. This condo has a Ring doorbell at the entrance door for your security. Luxuriate in your seaside getaway, while you kick back, unwind on your private balcony while taking in the fabulous views of the gulf and beach! When you stay in a Best of the West home, all you need to bring is your clothes, sunscreen, food and you! Best of the West provides basic consumables needed for your entire stay; paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, coffee, creamer, sweetener, coffee filters, first aid kit, and to make things even easier, a luggage cart to help you pack & unpack from your car! Guest Access: You will be provided the door code, wifi code, and all other check-in information 2 days before check-in. The Neighborhood: Pointe West is an exclusive resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean and groomed regularly and they are by far the best on the island. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity-edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers, and a game room. ***AMENITIES FEE: Please note that you will need to obtain a wristband and access code from the Pointe West Beach Club to take full advantage of the community facilities (pools, gym, clubhouse game room, Basketball, and Pickleball courts). They charge $25 per guest 4 years old and older and are good for the entire length of your stay. This fee will be paid directly to the Beach Club upon registration. (You will receive an email from the Pointe West POA to prepay the resort fee. The primary guest on your reservation will need to show an ID at the Beach Club Office to pick up the wristbands and parking passes.) *** Fees increased to $25/per person in 2023. The fee is not mandatory. If you do not plan to use the pools and other amenities during your stay, you do not have to purchase the wristbands, but you will need to get parking passes from the Beach Club. You can get free wristbands for use of the restaurant and bar. The Pointe West Beach Club is a separate entity from Best of the West Galveston. Best of the West Galveston cannot guarantee the availability of any of the Beach Club’s amenities. Check the Pointe West Beach Club’s website for details.*** Getting Around: You are only approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the new Pleasure Pier, and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Other Things to Note: **Elevators, WIFI, and cable can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Best of the West can not guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay at Pointe West and we are unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.**

We have rented at Pointe West several times before, and like the beach, the pools and amenities, the ability to pop up from the beach for lunch at the Beach Club - all very convenient and fun. What made this stay even better was the property manager, James from Best of the West Galveston. He was so professional and responsive, and all the processes regarding checking in and out were so seamless, that we will look for properties managed by them again.

The location of this unit was perfectly situated for a quick walk to the beach or to the resort. Plenty of games and water toys were available. Really enjoyed having a TV in the sitting area for the kiddos.

We enjoyed this condo. The layout was great for our family. And the available extras were very useful! Just be aware the elevators were out for our entire stay- that was tough! We also think the dresses should be mounted to the walls. The drawers were difficult to pull and with young children it's a huge safety hazard.

We had a wonderful time here. The unit was immaculate and close to the beach. Any questions/issues we had, James (Property Manager) answered promptly and had a resolution, if needed. We are already planning a return trip later this summer.

Absolutely perfect for our family of five! The condo had everything we needed. The beach was just far enough to avoid the crowds and the view was amazing! Beautiful condo that was well decorated. The mattresses were amazingly comfortable. Great host with excellent communication. No need to rent a golf cart as the walkway to the beach was less than 30’seconds away. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much for sharing your place. We loved it!

We really enjoyed this condo! The location was great - close enough to the pool to walk but not too close where noise would be an issue. Also very close to the crossover to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable! James was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely time. The condo had everything we needed and more. The amenities where fantastic and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. It was quiet and serene. It was just what we needed after a very hard week. We lost our beloved fur baby to a tragic accident and our family is devastated. This getaway allowed us time together as a family to be together and grieve. We will definitely be back, it will forever be a special place for us.

James was very helpful in getting the information I needed. The unit itself could use some tlc. The dining chairs and ottoman had stains, and the big brown couch could use a cleaning or replaced. There was a rusty toiletry item in the main bathroom that needs to be replaced. The a/c filters may need to be changed due to the dust sitting on the vents. Overall, we had a great time!

This was exactly what our family needed! The internet was out when we first got there (due to power outage the night before) so we contacted James, and he was there fixing it within 5 minutes. (On a Sunday night). Super friendly, and the property was exactly as advertised & a perfect walking distance from the club & beach. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a great time at the resort property. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. It was nicely decorated and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Only suggestion would be to provide a few beach chairs. We loved the pool even though it was cold, and the beach was great! It wasn’t crowded at all when we were there. We appreciated the laundry machines and soap provided. Would recommend this unit for sure! James was very responsive as well.

The view from the patio was amazing!!! The patio furniture was comfortable. The two king beds were so big and cozy. Everything we needed was there, and James, the property manager was helpful and friendly and really made it a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again!

This beautiful condo is steps away from the beach and has lots of great amenities. The view is very pretty from the porch. Very kid friendly with lots of games, extra beach towels, and boogie boards for the beach. We had a great time and were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful proximity to beach and beach club! The condo was fully stocked with every kitchen item you could need. Added bonus of coffee, snack items and toiletries. We had a tiny snag with names not being in the system to which James remedied quickly. Hoping for a return visit soon!

This condo was just what we needed! The location was close enough to the pool, but not too close and I could drink my coffee while sitting out on the balcony every morning and hear/see the waves. The pool amenities can't be beat! The owner was very responsive with any emails. We will definitely stay here again!
