Very kind people and always so clean!

Our stay in Semes was great - and I can vouch this place is as nice as the pictures look! The room was in a separate block - no neighbouring room set in the grounds at the rear of the property. The room itself was amazing - very spacious, lovely big shower room and nice comfy bed. Good air con and fridge (no extra cost). We only stayed one night due to availability of our other accommodation but I would love to have stayed much longer and experienced the other aspects of the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. The hotel is on the main road in Argassi and is easy to miss, it could perhaps do with being more visible - bigger sign (?) or maybe it was just me.

A clean modern complex close to the main shops, restaurants and bars of Argassi. The room was large and comfortable, with a lovely shower! The value was exceptional.

The Pool was a bit noisy, as it is next to the main road, so we didn't use it. The hotel can't do anything about that though so it's not really a negative.

The hotel is modern with rooms very clean and confortable; the staff was very welcoming. Our stay was really enjoyable and we will go back with pleasure. We liked that the rooms were spread across small buildings and the quietness at night. The Main Street of Argassi is at the door step and the beach is across the road, 100 yards down a path. So great location.

The swimming pool was very pleasant; it’s just a shame that it faces the street, even if every effort has been made to screen it off.

Best mattress we have ever slept on. Spotlessly clean and well kept grounds. Although it was full it had a peaceful zen-like vibe. Very modern architecture and no hassle for check in and check out. Right on the main street but once you went through the gate you were transported in another world.

Spacious rooms, each have a balcony, modern, clean, lovely pool area. Good location, anything you may need is at a minute walk, but further away from the bars (3-5min walk) so there is no noise at night, very quiet. We didn’t have any food there, so no comment. Yannis, who works evenings is very friendly and remembers everyone’s names from the first time! Has good tips for around the island.

There was a misunderstanding with our friends, staff thought they stole some linen once we checked-out, but it was sorted out. Everything else was great, just keep in mind to bring your own toiletries, as there was only hand soap available. This wasn’t an issue for us, but a good thing to keep in mind.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom (junior suite). Modern and very clean.

Horrible location on the main road of Argassi: a street which is very loud, busy and destroyed by mass tourism (teenager-party-like)
