Fabulous location, very clean, perfect little getaway!

Love the open kitchen and everything was just perfectly sized for my family. Had nice touches to the house that made it feel very inviting and homey. Beds were really comfortable and great closet space. Even had a selection of board games. Also the view was really lovely. Will book again for sure!

Very comfortable and clean. Kim was very easy to deal with. Kim’s Place suited our needs well for a family long weekend in Kiama.

Lots of creature comforts to make it a comfortable stay. Very clean and a lovely view.

The toilet is in the bathroom rather than seperate.

The home was very stylish and modern with high quality products - hand wash etc was high end and smelt beautiful.

Nothing really but a couple of things to add - perhaps a box of tissues and some hooks on the back of the doors.

Enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this spacious apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Well-equipped kitchen with table, where we enjoyed our meals as a family, but also boardgames like scrabble - provided by Kim. Plusses were: Big shower (also hairdryer, shampoo), the 3 separate bedrooms, very comfortable beds and bedding, as well as a lovely welcome sign when we entered.

The road nearby, I found at a bit noisy, especially if you want to enjoy the sea view outside...but later into the weekend it didn't bother too much. Late in the evening it was very quiet and relaxing, and I enjoyed sitting outside with my mother.
