Nestled in Narragansett Beach, this lovely house for $648 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This lovely property is tucked away nicely on a private street, but is still walking distance to Kelly Beach and even closer to the boat landing at Little Beach. The home has been completely repainted and refurnished including all new bed and bath linens. You will love the open floor plan as you enter including a large living area, kitchen and dining area. The dining area features a custom built maple dining table and bench that works perfectly in a room surrounded by cathedral style windows adorned with a few pretty pieces of stained glass. The owners are very family oriented and as such the house is set up for little ones to enjoy as much as their parents. We love animals, but do not allow pets and our property is smoke free. Owners thought of everything you need. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Have access to one of the top beaches in the state probably the best for both kids and adults. Safe for the kids as it doesn't have sudden drops, undertows or rip currents; as the beach is protected on both sides but parallel to the open water. Great for riding waves for adults and kids with boggy boards as it has a a gradual slope. Owners even have bikes you can ride to the beach.

I cannot express how perfect this home is! Absolutely lovely! I have stayed in many VRBO homes in the past 8 years and this one is one of the most welcoming, gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and wonderfully charming. We especially enjoyed spending time outside with the birds, rabbits, and squirrels. Bird seed and dried corn cobs are provided for guests to restock the feeders! Loved it!

This is a truly special property located in the best little neighborhood. The location is quiet and calm with lots of little critters to keep your eyes entertained as you view them from the porch, deck, or many windows. Our family was very comfortable in this home. It was well stocked which makes the transition after travel so easy and we felt very welcome. Our family had plenty of space to relax, play games, cook yummy meals, and prep for visits to the beach. We appreciated having solid beach chairs available to us and having a few bikes to cruise down to Kelly Beach on is an awesome perk as well. Thank you so much for helping us create a dream family vacation!

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely house in Bonnet Shores. Kelly and Bob were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make things warm and friendly for us and our kiddo. The rooms were great, the decorations were lovely, and the location was perfect. Nice and quiet, and in walking distance of a small, private beach that was absolutely gorgeous. Close distance to Newport as well. We would absolutely stay again. Don’t pass this one up!

Beautiful house for our daughters college graduation. Conveniently located to URI! Great indoor and outdoor space for family party. Very clean and nicely decorated with beach theme! Kelly was very easy to deal with, always answered all of my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this house!

Kelly and Bob were such great hosts during our thanksgiving stay in Kingston. The house was well equipped with a cozy feel with all of their fall and beach my decor. We loved the welcome gift! We would love to come back and stay in the summer as this house is minutes from the beach.

Kelly and Bob were so gracious, warm and welcoming. Their charming vacation home is exceptionally clean, well-equipped and wonderfully comfortable. The view from the restful front porch treated us to a show of red and grey squirrels , rabbits, various birds, including hummingbirds, an osprey and an occasional deer. The weather was great, the Kelly Beach water was warm but most of all, staying at Kelly and Bob’s VRBO made our vacation, PERFECT!

We had a terrific time in Narragansett. This home is exactly as photographed, very comfortably furnished and well stocked for those that enjoy cooking. We rented for 2 weeks and enjoyed riding the bikes provided to the private beach, day trips to Block Island, Newport, Jamestown and Watch Hill and all the great restaurants nearby. The owners are very responsive. Check-in and out was seamless. We would highly recommend!

We especially appreciated the kid-friendly spaces as we were traveling with a 5 year old and 21 month old. We enjoyed our time at Kelly Beach which was clean and not over-crowded. Kelly and Bob have created the perfect beach cottage on the RI shore. Nestled on a quiet street just blocks from the ocean, the cottage is updated, clean, and welcoming. The hosts were thoughtful and communicative, truly making us feel at home. Kelly Beach is a short drive/bike ride/walk away and is a great beach for toddlers, calm and shallow at low tide. Would definitely stay again!

This property was so charming and perfect for a family with small kids! From the kids rooms and toys to the decor to the location close to Kelly Beach, the yard, and the totally stocked kitchen, it’s hard to imagine a better place for a family to parachute in for a delightful vacation. The icing on the cake were the thoughtful welcome gifts Kelly left for us. Really great property, highly recommend.

Our late spring stay at Kelly and Bob's was superior in all ways! Located across from wonderful bird habitat and within driving distance to several other terrific trails and birding areas, we had a great time out-of-doors with nature and enjoying the amazing seafood (especially oysters!) in the area's gourmet restaurants. Kelly and Bob's "mermaid nest" was immaculate, with everything that one might need to make their stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. We had such a wonderful stay at this amazing beach house! Kelly and Bob are incredible hosts and couldn't be more gracious. They truly made our stay special. The beach house was decorated so beautifully and the holiday decorations were such a nice added touch. It is in an ideal location and a nice walk to the beach. “The Beach House”, as our five year old grand daughter coined the property, was just fantastic! Firstly, the communication was so complete and the VRBO hosts are over-the-too great and gracious! Secondly, the cottage is CLEAN! That is always the most important, and they Crushed it! Thirdly, their home is in a quiet and quaint neighborhood a very short walk from the beach, and is akin to a story book. We travel to Rhode Island to visit with family frequently and by no means will we forget this Beach house! 5-STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kelly and Bob were magnificent hosts to deal with and thought of anything one would need for an enjoyable stay in Narragansett. The house is amazing and was even beautifully decorated for the holiday weekend. We had some last minute changes and Kelly & Bob were very understanding. The property is ideally located to the beach, University of Rhode Island and Newport. If we were in need to head back to Rhode Island, this property would be the first one I would search for.

Kelly and Bob’s home is very comfortable, provides everything needed and is centrally located to lots of great outdoor activities. We found the bed to be comfortable and appreciated the flannel sheets for this time of year. The kitchen has everything we wanted for cooking some great fresh seafood. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Matunuck Oyster Bar. Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge is a wonderful place to hike and see birds. The beaches in the area are beautiful! It was a great place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the sunny spring weather.

We stayed in this lovely home as part of a girls getaway long weekend. The house is exactly as it is presented in the listing, except then Kelly puts in her own sweet, personal touches to make your stay a memorable one. The home is beyond clean and comfortable and so dreamy. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this adorably decorated cottage and we plan to book again when we return to RI.
