Understanding that it is an older home in the heat of summer, however it was very hard to keep the house cool. Individual cooling fan/units were in each room which helped, but struggled as well.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean and the air conditioning was a nice surprise.

The street noise was quite loud. The driveway was in bad shape and a tripping hazard for my elderly husband.

Everything was great! Super clean, very cozy!

The house was just right for our family. It was close to the sight seeing that we wanted to enjoy including the 4 corners and Mesa Verde. It wasn't very far from grocery stores either. All the things we needed to use to cook our meals were clean and ready to go.

The property is central to Mesa Verde and Canyons of the Ancients and the Four Corners. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a yard facing the sunset. Our wi-fi reception was strong throughout the house.

The dryer was out of order but we weren’t notified prior to arriving. Some of the windows could not be secured so it felt a little unsafe leaving our valuables in the house during the day. One of the televisions in the bedrooms had no sound. Cortez is struggling with a shortage of workers so at least half the restaurants in town were closed, but Main Street Brewery had decent food and great staff.
