We had a nice time at the house. The decorations, cleaning and distribution was excellent.

The beds were extremely comfortable. I had 3 back surgeries, and my bed was the most comfortable that I ever had in a rental. The decor was so tastefully decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Nadia responded to all our questions while at the rental and did so professionally and was NOT annoyed nor put out with our interruptions in her day. The girls upstairs didn’t know how to turn on the hot water and actually felt it was broken. Patty arrived in a mask and showed the girls how to turn on the hot water. She also replaced burned out bulbs and did so graciously. She said if we needed anything else, no matter how small, please let Nadia know and she’d be happy to come again. The kitchen could use some updates but was fully functional. You do have the to remember that renters can be very abusive. We had a great time!

We chose this house because it was an extremely reasonable price and a great location for the two nights we needed to stay to go to kalahari. The reviews were good so we went with it. Upon check in, we followed the owners instructions to the welcome center to be greeted with a less than friendly employee (also make sure you bring a mask as they require for entry, but refuse to provide one). We're told we had to check in at the gate instead, (extremely frustrating, like I said we followed instructions). Go about a mile down the road to the gate, lady is super friendly and tells us the lady at the welcome center always gets a ton of poor comments and that we have to check in at the welcome center (the one we just came from). After a few minutes she finds the registration and writes a pass and kindly sends us on our way to the house. *the owner Nadia was very understanding and assured us she would follow up on the Employee at check in. Many of the houses in the year round are run down and unkempt. So, we weren't sure what to expect pulling up to the house. The house is easy to find and cute from the outside. The owner has provided pretty much anything needed down to a toothbrush and tooth paste. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on, and we travel a lot! Is the house a little outdated? Yes. Was that a huge issue? No, it was clean, and smelled clean upon entry. It actually has 2.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise to find a half bath attached to the king room. All the rooms have TVs connected to several streaming subscriptions, which was a great bonus. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Nadia was very responsive and wonderful.

Great location, big house for a small group we enjoyed our stay. Host's instructions/ info sent was all we needed, we didn’t have to contact her during the stay.

We stayed here for one night as the Kalahari hotel prices for multiple days was outrageous. Great house in a gated community with access to pools and playgrounds. It took a little bit of time to get in but (due to the gated community and getting pass) but once we completed that, it things were easy and peaceful. The kids enjoyed themselves. If you have small kids, make sure they don’t hit themselves on the floor where the fireplace is in living room (it can sting). Everything was excellent. The communication was great, my older daughter even left an AirPod on her bed and it was sent to us within a few days. Great stay!
