My aunt and mom both had a condo in the same tower. their rooms were way more up-to-date and modern.

We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the property. However, I did reach out and they had someone out the next morning. Communication was great and we loved the condo and resort. This is the 2nd time we have used ECDI for our rentals and they have always been amazing. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay! Location was great easy walk to gas station, gift stores along with couple places to eat. Elevators where quick no wait time. Parking was great for our oversized truck! Only down fall was floors and couches could use a little extra TLC. Kitchen was efficient had to buy some storage bowls would Suggest bring some if you keep leftovers. On a personal note could use some deeper bowls for cereal or soups as they where really shallow. Over all our stay was great the views from the Condo was great and gonna pass this location to other family members. Would stay here again! Beach was not over populated in front of the building!

Long Beach is our favorite resort in PCB and this is a very comfortable condo. Nice furnishings and finishes and the unit was very clean.

Floors so sandy as soon as we arrived that we had to buy a broom. Sand was also on the dining room chairs. Then walking in bare feet for a few hours on the living room/bed room tile floor, the bottom on our feet were completely black. The shower curtain rod was solid rust in one of the bath rooms. We had to wipe down the kitchen countertops because they were so sticky...most of the steak knives had rust on them, the plates, forks and spoons had dried food on them. Cooking pans are completely worn out. Everything sticks to them even with cooking spray. Not sure why there is a cleaning fee. Location is good. Enjoyed the views, the beach, restaurants, etc. But, the lack of upkeep....will keep us from returning....we have stayed at many condos in the past and this one is at the bottom. Sorry, but if I owned the condo...I would want to know what my guests think.

Very windy beautiful beach

The condo was perfect for my group of 8. The location is great being right next to Walmart and a lot of restaurants. The beach was awesome, as well as the pool. I would for sure return to this resort in the future!

Love that both master suites look unto the gulf. Also a quiet and not as busy location. Tastefully decorated interior.

We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was a little tired, but everything was clean. We liked parking next the building and not having to park in ramp across the road. Perfect access to the beach with lots of places to eat and explore in the area. We would stay there again.

Condo was spacious and comfortable, 4 adults. Great location and views. Easy access to pool, hit tubs and Beach.

This condo needs a very good deep cleaning!

Nice place to stay

This is the 3rd year i have stayed at this resort. I have stayed in 2 different towers and they are consistently clean, quiet and comfortable.

Good location friendly people I would recommend this condo

The location is good. easy to get to beach. door to guest br made noise(saw where this was mentioned in previous reviews) needs to be fixed. Door knob on guest bathroom loose. Mold on shower curtain liner(we just took it down and threw it away) The sliding door was almost impossible to open!!! (this was mentioned on previous reviews) need some attention. the dishwasher did not work!!!! but we made do! nice to have washer and dryer. over all we had a great time. we will stay at longbeach again but maybe not this unit.

This condo had multiple issues including mildew in bathtub, broken plugs, lights, and a dishwasher that did not function. After calling for assistance all week they did not return any messages or fix the issue. Why messages are not returned I do not understand, but I guess they do not need to since payment had been already received. This is unacceptable especially when we had to wash dishes all week around baseball games and beach time.

The location is great and the balcony is very large with nice durable furniture. The sliding glass door was not easy to open/close. The inside wasn’t comfortable and not clean. It would be a great idea to have a deep clean and maybe mattress pads on the beds with more comfortable bedding. The rugs were so filthy that we stepped over them. The unit needs to be sprayed for roaches. We did love the view!

The dishwasher was broken (I emailed the company and they said they would send someone to fix it, but never did). The sheets they left on the beds did not fit so the fitted sheets would come off and we woke up sleeping on the mattress. I wouldn't expect to cook any meals here because the kitchen barely had any pans that were worth cooking in. The guest bedroom door was broken and made a loud noise every time you opened/closed it. The couch smelled like mildew.

Clearly, you can tell that this condo hasn't been maintained properly- the towel hooks in the bathroom were all broken and there was mildew around the bathtub. The dresser drawer in the guest bedroom was broken so it was sticking out and not useable.

If you are a group of college kids wanting to go to the beach, I would recommend this unit- My family will not be renting this one again.
