Nestled in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $231 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ⭐️Please read the full description of the property as it explains everything you will need to know for your stay ! ⭐️ 🏠The Cozy Corner is a duplex style studio apartment with an open floor plan that is attached to the main dwelling. The apartment consists of 1Queen bed, 1 Q-sleeper sofa and 1 full Bathroom, Linens are included. The space can sleep 4 adults comfortably, Kids are welcome & must be supervised at all times. There is a shared wall, like a duplex with the main home. There is no contact or communication between you and the main dwelling, everything has its own private entrance and patio's. The beautiful patio has a 6 ft privacy fenced, along with a grill, chairs and a picnic table. The home is located 6 blocks from the beach access, the boardwalk, and 2 blocks from the local park with walking and bike trail. 🚭This is a Non-Smoking and No Pets home. 🚫 ⭐️Apartment Layout ⭐️ - Bed 1: a bedroom nook ,1 queen bed that is separated by a privacy wall & a hanging curtain, no door. This room has a new Roku smart TV. - Bed 2: 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a New Roku smart TV - 1 full bath with a door - 1 Kitchenette cook top with 2 burners. (No Oven) - Patio: charcoal grill, picnic table and chairs 🧺 We Provide 🧺 • LINENS: 1 sheet set , 1 blanket & 2 pillows per bed, along with 8 towels & 8 washcloths. • Pots/ pans / dishes & Basic cooking utensils • Dish soap & hand soap • Coffee pot with 1 coffee pack (makes 8 cup each) • Charcoal grill (Charcoal not included) - The kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, pots/ pans, dishes and other basic utensils. The Home has a private outside patio / bbq area that is completely fenced in. ✅** Check-in & checking-out ***✅ • Check In is at 3:00pm • Check out is by 10:00am sharp (if you leave later then 10 am you may be charged an additional charge) •You must be at least 23 years old to enter into the rental contract 🔴*** Firm Cancellation policy ***🔴 • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date • 0% refund if canceled 14 days or less before arrival date ⭐️Parking / Entrance to Apartment⭐️ The Apartment is attached to the right corner of the main house (Columbia Ave), 🚗 Parking is located on side street (Columbia Ave) in front of apartment along the trees in the grassy area, you will see the entry gate with a sign saying "The Cozy Corner". 🔑 Entry to the home is key less allowing you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule . The keyless code will be sent to you in a VRBO message the day of your arrival by 3pm. ⚽️Activities / Places around 🏖️ ⭐️We are located 6 blocks from the beach access / boardwalk and 2 blocks from the local park,walking & bike trail. 🛹Mike chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3 mile paved walking / bike trail. 🏃🏻‍♀️ 💪🏽We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events. 🚴🏻‍♂️It is very easy to get around the Island. Most people travel By bike, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Rentals and Sun fun rentals .You can bike or golf cart to all destination on Carolina beach. 🚕 🚣🏼‍♂️We are also close to Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike a number of trails, launch your boat and Kayak. 🏄🏻‍♀️There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo night , fireworks every Thursday, free movies at the lake and free summer concerts. Simply amazing! Super cute little space with a wonderful host! Kera was so kind and willing to help accommodate our needs. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Carolina Beach. My mom and I took a short trip to North Carolina over Memorial Day weekend! This cozy, little one bedroom/studio place was perfect for us. The place was clean when we arrived and the Checkin process was super easy/efficient. It was conveniently located - far enough from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but close enough to enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer. The first night, we did have to reach out to the owners due to the people on the connecting side being ridiculously loud but we received a prompt response and we didn’t hear anything the rest of our stay. I would recommend this place for a single person traveling alone or a couple of people.

Clean and comfortable for two people. I believe it would’ve been cramped with a third person. Just right for a quick beach trip! Host was very responsive and checked via text to make sure we’d gotten our check in directions (VRBO had texting issues!)

Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Nice walk to the beach. My husband, 17 year old son and I stayed here after moving our oldest son to Wilmington. Perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Great location as able to either walk in about 15 min or drive to the beach or boardwalk in less than 5 min. Nice to have a fenced in patio area with chairs and picnic table with going into entrance of the CC. CC is clean and nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

The property is exactly how it is presented in pictures and the description. It was perfect for my family of four. The property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We rented a golf cart and it made travel to the beach and restaurants easy. Hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

This place was super clean and had all of the necessities. Although it is very small, it worked well for my group of 4 people for two nights. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach, but it’s not too terrible. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded quickly.

This may be the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The owner notified us as soon as the property was ready which was a couple of hours before the actual check-in time. We had one problem with the TV and it was fixed immediately. The neighborhood was quiet. We drove to the beach and had no problem finding public parking. The only suggestion I have is to add a couple of patio chairs outside. I like to sit outside to read and the picnic table is not really comfortable for that. Overall, it is still a 5 star rental.
