We had 10 family members who had a wonderful time. The location and amenities were just what we needed. It was close to various dining options, the ocean. Would recommend for families.

Spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, well appointed and comfortable condo at a quiet location, short drive to Po’ipu beach and restaurants. Pool within a few steps. Communication with the management company and their app was great. Dreamy vacation home.

Vacation in paradise!
Our stay at Pili 7B was amazing! It was a perfect place for our family group of 10 to vacation. The entire process from booking, to our arrival and checkout was great. Communication with Kauai Exclusive Management group and their Concierge Darshan before our trip via email and phone were very helpful. The condo has plenty of space for our group of 10 that included four kids 6 and under to hang out. The grand kiddos especially enjoyed the two sets of bunk beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The place was well furnished and we had everything needed to cook most of our meals. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and some snorkeling gear. The lanai is a great way to start the morning with a cup of coffee. The pool and jacuzzi are right next to the condo along with BBQ grills right out front of the place. You are 5 minutes away from Poipu Beach where there is some of the best snorkeling and sea turtle watching that happens at sunset every night most of the year. This is a great place to stay for family and friends… you won’t be disappointed!

The property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Our stay was incredible and I would return to this property without hesitation. The location was an ideal combination of relaxation and activity. We were a party of 9 who all fit comfortably on the property. Thank you for an amazing first trip to Kauai!

Family Getaway to the South Shore
The property was excellent. Very high end finishes and appliances. It would benefit from having glass glassware (in addition to the plastic cups for the pool) and also additional towels.
We vacuumed and washed the patio cushions on our first day, as they were quite dusty. This made the lanai quite enjoyable. We spent significant time there throughout the day watching the golfers and enjoying the ocean view.
The management service was excellent and our concierge assisted us in booking some excursions that we hadn’t done previously. The concierge was also exceptionally open to constructive feedback. Over all, we would recommend this property to other families!

Terrific unit in an impeccably maintained community. Very spacious and excellent floor plan made for a cozy and comfortable stay. Kitchen/bathrooms/laundry all well stocked with necessities and beach chairs & umbrella also provided. Enjoyed coffee on the patio/lanai every morning with serene views of the lush surroundings (even a distant view of the ocean). Walking distance to the shopping plaza and restaurants and to the beaches. Highly recommended.

A Giant Slice of Paradise
Terrific unit in an impeccably maintained community. Very spacious and excellent floor plan made for a cozy and comfortable stay. Kitchen/bathrooms/laundry all well stocked with necessities and beach chairs & umbrella also provided. Enjoyed coffee on the patio/lanai every morning with serene views of the lush surroundings (even a distant view of the ocean). Walking distance to the shopping plaza and restaurants and to the beaches. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pili Mai. Our unit was at the opposite end of the complex from the pool so it is a 10 minute walk from it. The unit is well maintained and very nicely decorated. It backs up to the road to the golf course so there is some traffic and you can see the main road. We liked it because there is a grassy area right outside our lanai which is perfect for kids to play. If I had any complaints, it is that the unit is a bottom unit which is what we wanted. The walls are well insulated between the bottom units (we never heard a sound next door), but you can hear people and kids stomping around the unit upstairs. We had a family first and every evening you could hear the kids and at least one adult stomping around until at least 10:00 pm, but the second renter was quiet and we hardly heard them.

There is a peek a boo view of the ocean that allows you to recognize how close you truly are to the beach. Poipu location with so many things to do near by: shopping, restaurants, historical sites, golf and of course the beaches. The owners had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for use which made beach trips easy and enjoyable along with 2 boogie boards. The on-site pool was a plus for evening relaxation with my 10 yo daughter. Thank you for everything along with accommodating a later check out as our flight home wasn’t until very late into the evening. Would stay here again next time we visit Kauai.

I stay 7 nights at this condo and enjoy it very well. The place is very close to everything from shopping to restaurants and 5-7 min walking distance lot Poipu Beach. The place is clean and it has all amenities if you want to cook meals. This condo is newest in Poipu and entire community of Pili Mai well maintained. I highly recommend if you are staying in South side in Kauai at Poipu.
