More two-bed than three-bed

spacious property with large kitchen and parking space. Netflix was also available. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable. lots of space for storage

The third bedroom has a bed that was not possible for sleeping! The bed sloped towards the door - not sure if it was a fault with the bed or the mattress. This effectively made the property two-bed instead of three-bed so I complained to the owner and they couldn't even be bothered to reply, even though they had previously replied when I notified them of a faulty ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom and dirty forks in the kitchen! In terms of the main bathroom, it was very basic and dated. The en-suite bathroom was better so everyone used that instead of the main bathroom, which was a bit annoying for the people sleeping in the master bedroom! All in all it was acceptable for a short weekend but if you want a functional three-bed property, then avoid!

Beautiful house in lovely location. Nice and clean rooms. Great deal for low price. We will book again soon. 5G wifi and Netflix just made my day :)

nice house, full of problems that could easily have been checked and remedied before we arrived

the property is new inside, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is new there is a lot of space and it was clean

our first issue was a broken downstairs toilet which did not flush our second issue we had no heating or hot water, we were advised to try and remedy this ourselves via the boiler controls but as it was flashing red with fault we felt it was unsafe to do so. we contacted Dragon serviced apartments about both subjects and whilst the initial response was ok, conversations soon dried up and I was left chasing them via the phone and messenger whilst we were trying to work at the NEC nearby.. our house was freezing cold and we had no hot water. a plumber was sent and the boiler was restored the second night of our stay of three at 8.30pm in the evening however the house remained cold until the morning and we spent another cold night there. the plumber would have accessed our property earlier at -4.30pm but because the vendor failed to tell us to leave the key in the lock box due to lack of communication this was delayed. there was no attempt made to fix the toilet during our three night stay we also reported that the light in the lounge was continuously flickering which made watching the very limited TV channels we did have ( no ITV, no channel 4 or 5 and more) impossible with it left on and had to sit in the darkness. if they had bothered to communicate with us we would not have been so upset by the results of the stay. we felt that no one was actually checking the accommodation was fit for purpose bar being cleaned. very disappointed

Multiple issues with facilities and lack of sofa bed, poor despair return period however good kitchen and living room.

The property was a good size and had a large garden. the kitchen and living room were clean and spacious but didn’t feel very homely.

I booked this property for a group as a 3 bed house with a sofa bed. On arrival there was no sofa bed at all, I phone the DSA company line and they explained that there never was a sofa bed and that there was an air bed instead to put on the living room floor. The main shower had no shower curtain and the en-suite shower had mould/water stains all over the floor. I also sent a deposit to this company privately after they requested it via message, this was on the basis of it being returned 3 days after vacating the property. I waited 8 days before this was returned to me, I contacted them numerous times and just got told thankyou for following up. The photos and descriptions are not a good representation of the property and the customer service was not as expected. I was refunded 50 for them mis advertising a sofa bed. There were also signs up banning “loud talking in communal areas” which puzzled me.

Comfy and family friendly

It was well equipped, clean, comfortable and easy to access.

The cleaning equipment (sponges and clothes) were not replaced and I had to purchase some from the shop. The garden had broken items which could be hazard to children.

The house was lovely

Not very clean, took pictures as dusty in areas. Table had marks on and living room ceiling has water marks 4 adults, 3 beds so I had to sleep on the sofa which was uncomfortable. Expensive for what was on offer and far to many rules.

great stay, would go there again because it’s close the relatives

layout and size. it was a good sized property to accommodate at least 6 adults

lack of written instructions for the equipment ie TV, heating/boiler, oven.

would not book with the dragon apartment service agents again

the agents cancelled the house at the very last minute (whilst we were on our journey up) and we were given one further away from our destination that wasn’t as nice and was certainly not an upgrade as they had stated which was annoying. in the alternative house the beds were comfortable and had everything that was needed including a hair dryer and and iron.

that it was a different property that had an extremely strong smell of paint was freezing cold and no one was on hand to help us work this out. felt cheap and thrown together and was further from where we needed to be which caused problems

Comfortable relaxing clean Property I’ll be renting it again in the future

A new very clean and spacious house,it was a good size for a big family like us 5 children and 2 adults. there is 3 rooms ,3 toilets and a big garden the kitchen is equipped with essentials and a laundry room perfect for spending quality time what is your love ones . I was there to attend a wedding but I’ll be back to spend a couple of days to enjoy it more with my family in the future.

Excellent accommodation with Amazing customer care.

Very clean, and nice size for our group. We exhibited at the Birmingham NEC Centre and it was a great distance from the venue. I would definitely recommend this property. Also customer service was excellent, kept me informed and communicated promptly. Thank you for a smooth stay.

Perfect Stay

Very spacious and clean. Good location as we were attending an event near the NEC (15 mins drive from there). Parking space and shops at end of road very convenient.

Small point - there was no sofa bed in the living room as mentioned in the details. However, there was a single blow up mattress in the small (4th) bedroom.

Location was good.bed linen was clean.kitchen was perfect with all amenities.

Stairs and upstairs carpet dirty.floors were dusty, The rooms upstairs got really hot at night and there was no fan. no shampoo in the toilets and only 1 handwash which we had to share in 2 bathrooms with big family,so we ended up buying our own. Communication with the the host was a nightmare.wouldnt answer phone calls and would reply to messages really late.

Staff were amazing, couldn't have helped enough, tesco express at the bottom of the street, big garden, 3 toilets, a dining room , study and spare room with single blow up bed which we weren't expecting

Big house with comfy beds but a lot of things let it down.

It was easy to get the keys to the property. The beds were comfortable.

When we arrived the cleaners were still there so we had to wait outside on a boiling hot day. The garden was a mess with rotting furniture, cigarette ends and rubbish. Shower door came off it's hinges when opening the door which we luckily managed to get back on. No curtains, blinds only which let in the light and heat. The cleaners rushed so it wasn't clean enough because we turned up when they were still there even though we had given our arrival time.
