Enjoyable, decent location, close to lots of restaurants

I like to be as honest when giving reviews to help others who are traveling get the most outta their buck.

I liked I was able to book because Phoenix was very busy at the time. The bed was comfortable.

I thought it was close to Sky Harbor but it wasn’t. It was hot at night and the biggest thing was the bedroom fan didn’t work. I wouldn’t book here if I were a single female.

pleasant, simple and good

there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property, it was all good. The location is a bit of a ride/drive from the city center, but it’s fairly easy to get there

decent budget option but you get what you pay for

it’s a 5 bedroom house with the rooms individually rented. The kitchen is great, including basic cookware, though lacking in utensils, & the shared bathrooms are fine. small back patio and nice yard. two of the other housemates during my stay were pretty long-term (a few months or so) and quite friendly, and made this feel kind of like a dorm, in a good way. The other two kept to themselves, which was also fine.

my room was not clean when I arrived. to be fair, there seemed to be some mix-up with my arrival date, so hopefully my situation was unusual. but honestly my room was so gross that I really considered canceling my 3-week stay immediately upon arrival and seeking a refund. the weirdest part, though, is that there was no blanket or bedspread, just literally a sheet on the bed and that was it. i didn’t have time to make other arrangements, I just went to the dollar store and got cleaning supplies and did it myself. once cleaned, my stay was adequate. It’s not the ritz but for the price, it’s alright. believe it or not, I actually would stay here again, assuming it had actually been cleaned, which I hope and assume would be the ‘norm.’

Pretty good overall.

They allowed me to check in early because the room was ready according to them.

I had to call them to make the bed for me and they did that while I was outside. I did have sheets but they gave me the blankets the next day.

I would stay here again!

I loved the attention to detail. My room was perfectly clean upon arrival. The bathroom was incredibly clean as well. Great value for the money!

Clean open spaces

There was a chair placed near the washing machine area that I would bang into at night. And the upstairs was noisy sometimes. Also the TV was on in the other bottom room all night long.

It was cool.

The structure of the house & the area was really nice.

It was too hot to not be able to control the AC. A ceiling fan didn’t cut it at all especially being upstairs. Heat rises

Rude landlord and ghetto trash tenants.

Nothing. Awful stay. Coukdn't wait to get away from the ghetto trash they let stay there.

Landlord changed my reservation last minute to a different location. I asked to turn the temp down and I was told to go get a motel. Refused a refund. Landlord has a longterm tenant that that smokes weed and screams profanities at the top of his lungs. You will constantly be asking someone to move their car, there is no parking.

Not interested in staying here again

Beds were too small for 2 ppl... shared bathroom was shared between our family and everyone else staying. We thought shared bathroom was like a Jack and Jill set up... not shared with 4 other strangers... house was too warm at night to sleep... only one set of towels provided...

Definitely will stay there again if the rate stays reasonable

Good rate, José let me check in early and I was so thankful for that! That alone started my day out GREAT! I really liked the house, the garage, the quiet, neighbors seemed nice. A lot of house rules, but I didn’t mind because the rules were reasonable. Jose was a good host, but what will make him great is if I stay there again, Jose said I could use the garage to park my motorcycle! 👍🏼👍🏼 If I need to stay anywhere I hope this place is available! Thank you José!

Couldn’t use the garage to park my motorcycle my bike doesn’t take up much room, and the garage was the main reason why I reserved this place. Only 2 pillows, only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for myself and guest, plus I don’t like Roku almost everything on it wants money to watch it.
