Tres bien, très bon petits déjeuners, personnel très sympa et établissement très bien sous tous rapports. Situation difficile d'accès et sans voiture il n'est pas facile d'aller en ville.
Pour faire les 100m à vol d'oiseau de la ville de Castellamare il faut env. 45 à 50 minutes à pieds, service de bus très mauvais et accès à pied très difficile.

A wonderful place. Outstanding service. A great view from the window. Pleasant, clean, fresh-smelling rooms. Brilliant breakfasts! Very delicious menu. A place that we want to come back again! And a very good starting point to explore the Amalfi Coast

Paid extra for sea view room was great with view of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, high quality food in restaurant, they helped turn our car around in the garage and didn’t scratch it!
The location is VERY VERY difficult to get to, requires a tiny car to get through the narrow road and into the driveway, the turning from the main road is only accessible if coming from Naples direction making it very difficult to return to the property if coming from Sorrento direction.
Do not book here if you’re stressed about scratching a rental car, or if you’re an inexperienced driver!!
If another car comes towards you on the tiny road then it’s very very difficult to let them pass or turn around.
Not in walking distance to anything so felt isolated
There was no air conditioning despite us paying for a room with air con, only a fan function so room didn’t actually get cold, no WiFi on third floor

Staff did not speak much English and were unable to assist with aircon/WiFi
The “sofa” in the room was actually a fold up bed with bare mattress, looked very tacky and was too upright to actually lounge on it.
Nothing in minibar, no coffee or milk provided in room, there was a kettle but the only plug it would fit was under the desk so it had to go on the floor when

Arriving was very difficult, roads to parking spaces were very tiny.
Breakfast was weird. We came to table, nobody told us what to do. Then we noticed that orders had to make by phone. Go back to room and pick-up phone. Menu was mostly Italian, had to translate it. Finally picked up what you want and trying to send order, no, waiter comes and look it up from my phone 😳 You came to breakfast starving and after a long while some food came to table, quite long process. Fresh bread and orange juice were missing both mornings we were there.

The hotel is very clean, and the room is comfortable enough.
The dining room was uncomfortable. The food at dinner was pricy and not good. Our grilled vegetables did not come from the grill, but from the freezer. The tomato salad was a couple of sliced tomatoes.
We only got one key, and unfortunately taking it out of the room causes the light to go in, which is not great if one gets up before the other.

Very nice hotel, with a marvellous view over the bay to Vesuvius. Food excellent - either breakfast or dinner
Nice rooms , and lovely terrace outside the restaurant to make the most of the view
Balcony outside the room was a bit small and the location of the hotel along a very narrow road was clearly not liked by taxi drivers ! Too far to walk into town, but as the restaurant was very good, we didn't mind !

Everything was perfect. From the location, the accommodation is superbly positioned and the view towards Vesuvius is something special, the garden with fruit trees, the staff is very kind, they came to the room every day to clean, they directed us to various locations where we can eat. The cameras look exactly like in the pictures. We will definitely come back!
Only a few employees knew English, but we understood each other.

There was a lot of choice for breakfast and they catered for gluten free which so very nice. The food overall was very nice as we had dinner there for 2 nights. The view was wonderful - day and night. Staff were really wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Very lovely place to stay overall.
It's a fair way away from the township. There's a bus that takes you into the town where you can catch the train to Pompeii. However we caught a taxi back as we didn't know where to catch the bus back to the Hotel and the climb from the bus stop to the Hotel is steep and after a long day sightseeing you need to have transport.

Everything from the location and gardens, spa, and balcony with terrace garden backdrop - I truly enjoyed staying here. The lovely Lia was a great manager to deal with. The restaurant is superb!
Wifi was a bit patchy at times which made organising things/ personal comms a bit tricky.

The location is fabulous, and tge staff very friendly and professional.
The location is quite far from city, on the hills and the only way you arrive after 9 pm is by taxi. 20 - 25 euros for 2 km. Expensive.

We booked 2 rooms with garden balcony. When we arrived we received 2 rooms with no balcony just windows with garden view. After several discussions we received starting the second day only 1 room with garden balcony. 🙁

The property is clean with lovely views. The restaurant onsite was fantastic. The staff are lovely and genuine.
Location - car hire is a must. Need to travel out of town to access a nice beach.
