Preis -Leistung stimmt, Frühstück ausreichend, Zubereitung der Speisen dauert sehr lange,

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Auf Wunsch wurden Eier mit Zulagen serviert

ES ist nicht empfehlenswert dort zu Essen, obwohl die Speisen gut zubereitet werden, aber man muss viel Geduld haben

Great place with nice design

Great place, we had a room with whirpool and direct access to the pool - interesting design! Excellent staff, big thank you again to the manager, which helped us with problematic situation regarding stolen mobile phone.

The accomodation is absolutelly great, just be careful regarding surrounding - stolen mobile just 300m away from the hotel.

An overall good overnight accommodation

The food was good, had the burgers and the portion sizes were huge.

The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room (room 3), beds were hard, the on site kitchen didn’t have most of the items on the menu

Un alojamiento cómodo y agradable

El edificio y las habitaciones son muy adecuadas. Buenas camas y buena limpieza. En la habitación hay nevera, fregadero, platos, cubiertos y servicio para café/te Los espacios comunes son muy agradables. Agradecemos que nos dejaran estar hasta las 4 de la tarde que teníamos que ir al aeropuerto.

El nuevo sistema de desayuno. Me gustaba más el que tenían hace un mes cuando nos alojamos y había platos caliente. Ahora solo tienen un buffet frío y no hay ninguna información sobre platos calientes. Si no preguntas, no te informan. Nos ocurrió que desayunamos de lo que había en la mesa del buffet y cuando acabamos vimos que a otros clientes les servían huevos, bacon, etc. Debería haber información más detallada sobre las opciones del desayuno.

Definitely a great place to stay.

All the staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. They couldn't have done anymore for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming.

Really kind staff. It's a training centre so some of the staff are still learning, but all extremely helpful and polite. The owner is lovely and helped a lot with various queries. Nice dinner and breakfast, good location, comfortable bed, nice pool area... It was a great stay overall.

My room was good value for money but not great per se. The bathroom has no natural light and just one neon white light - it felt a little stuffy and depressing. Smallish room with a single bed (again very reasonable given the price, and all very clean and comfortable). No plugs near the bed (so no bedside lamp or convenient place to charge devices). The room gives on a courtyard, so need to choose between natural light and privacy.

We had a great stay at the guesthouse at the start and end of our rountrip in Namibia.

Good breakfast. Nice hot showers and excellent customer service. Help when our luggage was lost and flexibility when our arrival was delayed. Good value for money.

Comfortable and good value for money

We had a good night's rest in the comfy bed. Even though we arrived after the check-in time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Peaceful, comfortable place with a good breakfast included.

Noisy, parties in the weekend next door. Staff is not very enthusiastic and it takes a loooong time to get breakfast or even just a coffee.

Superb

It was a great place to stay, everything in Walking distance. The rooms had everything and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The staff leaves at four which was not mentioned before booking.

Mixed. if we didn't have so many issues i would say it was a comfortable & affordable place to stay.

Our room was very comfortable with plenty of towels and hot water.

issue with original booking on day of arrival in Windhoek: they did not have a room for us on the day we booked. they said it was abooking.com issue. Management was very helpful and found us another guesthouse around the corner, which they took us too as we had no car. When we rebooked for our last day in Namibia, we could not get into the property because of the locked sliding gate. No one responded to the intercom and we did not have phone capability. We decided to take our car rental back - with all our stuff - and when we returned to APS in a taxi an hour later with all our luggage, there was still no one there to open up - in spite of a phone call to let them know we needed to get in. We waited on the street for well over an hour, so we were not very happy. Also, there was a ripped pillow case and a blood stain on the pillow case, which was not very nice. Every thing else was very clean and comfortable.

Value for money, close to air port and good restaurants

Guest house was close to the airport, staff friendly and assisted with airport transportation next day.

Our room had no window, only a siding door, we had to sleep with air-conditioner on to allow or airflow. The air-con seems to reset during the night, had to reset a few times through the night. The shower has no door, and this resulted in flooding the bathroom. We looked forward on using the swimming pool, but when arrived it was not clean. From the website it is misleading that the coffee shop transformed to a restaurant for dinner, all staff left at 16:00 and no bar or restaurant. We had to walk to find a restaurant close by as we already handed back our rental car.
